Timeout label for desks
It would be cool to see if SpaceIQ can display a "timeout" for each hotel desk i.e. label a desk as reserved but not yet occupied (one color), then display in how much time the reservation will time out because no one checked in and then another status for checked-in. Imagine yourself next to the desk and you don't know if someone took it already, or never checked in and it's going to be free in 15 minutes.

Auto certificate renewal for SSO
What would be a nice addition is to include the ability to add our App Federation Metadata URL . This would allow SpaceIQ to scan for changes like a new signing certificate and it can automatically renew the certificate that SpaceIQ has on file. No manual intervention is required.

Hotel Desk Report (Space Usage Type), showing desk numbers (Seat Codes)
Currently there is not a report that shows Space Usage Types and Seat Codes. This is needed for our company to ascertain which Work Spaces are Hoteling Desks, Usage Types, and which are not. This report will be given to janitorial for cleanings/moving items as needed.

Limit employees to only see colleagues in their department hotel desk booking
The ability to put a parameter around whom can see each others hotel desk bookings. Whether by department, floor, or team, this would be helpful and provide some privacy throughout the organization.

Company Directory from App
Add a way to view all employees from app without having to search for them. Ideally a company directory showing the employees info and pictures in alphabetical order.

View Floor Plan in App
We would love to be able to see the floor plans from the homepage on the app especially when you have multiple building locations. The only way to do that now is to search a person in that particular building and view the map.

Lease Currency vs $
Currently the main Lease page displays figures as $ even when another currency is selected - example attached.
This is very confusing. If it isn't possible to insert the correct currency symbol, is it possible to at least delete the $ symbol when another currency is selected?

Microsoft Teams Integration
An integration with Microsoft Teams similar to your slack integration today where you can search for employees and meeting rooms and pull up the locations. Also booking a desk from Teams would be helpful.

Rather than have the hoteling settings configured for the entire portfolio, can we have custom settings by location?
For example, an office in Denver may have different covid restrictions than NYC and I want the times that are available to be different for each of those.
