Send Welcome Email to customers who sign-up for an SiQ Account
This suggestion is linked to Jira ticket SIQDEV1-772 and is waiting for prioritization and to be placed on the SiQ Roadmap.

As a SiQ customer I want a Welcome email to be sent out when my user account is set up as currently, I am waiting to receive a Welcome email.
The Onboarding team has to send out an email that explains how the user account is set up and the customer needs to reset their password. Often the customer is confused and don’t understand why they have to reset their password.

A report that shows employees and seats assigned to specific WPG. This should be filterable by location and WPG.

Hourly and All Day bookings
The ability to define certain desks as hourly only and other desks as all day only.
The hourly desks could be used for cafe/kitchen or more transient areas where people are expected to come and go regularly.
The all day reservations would be designated as focus areas.For the cafe use case, an employee should be able to have an all day reservation and still book an hourly seat in the cafe.

Function to show whether desks are occupied or vacant
Function to show whether desks are occupied or vacant will be useful. I have seen this feature on other platform which was useful. It showed who plugged in at which desks live feed.

Sequoia Health Check Integration
A integration with Sequoia for the employee health check. It would be great if it could be completed within SiQ or at least redirected to Sequoia and then back to SiQ.

Increase duration of bookings beyond 2 days.
For people who choose to return to the office and work five days a week, booking only two days at a time is a real drag.

Hide employee information for desk reservations and assigned seats
Some employees do not want to be able to be found whether they have they a hotel desk that is reserved or if they are assigned to a seat full time. Ideally employees would opt in or opt out of something like this.

Access Approval
Right now, due to COVID, we have an approval process for employees to enter the facility. Adding an approval process, where an admin or space captain can approve access (possibly before booking a desk) would be helpful.

Neoghborhood details by employee
When one exports employee list for a location with neighborhoods, the only thing listed per employee is the neighborhood name. It does not state what floor that neighborhhod is on. See below : FLoor is blank

Desk Pictures Visible on Desktop Version
Currently end users can see pictures of meeting rooms on the desktop and mobile versions of the software. However, currently you can only see pictures of desk on the mobile app. It would be nice with the uptick in hoteling to be able to see an image of a desk before booking.

Control who received Health screening Fail emails
Currently Admins and location admins receive heath screening fail emails however that can be a broad group and a lot of emails for most organization. The option to decide which admins/users receive the fail options would be great instead of tying it to a specific role.

Location Field | Remote Employee
Currently when viewing remote employees on the app, it does not have a a location for showing Remote. It would be great to have this location field added for all remote employees notating their Location as remote.

Send email health check link now when booking now
Currently when health check reminders are set, but you book now it sends a check in email but wont send a health check email because the time has passed. Instead of checking in via the email link, it keeps spinning until you log in and do the health check. You should send an email link to health check now when someone books for less than the set health check time reminder time frame.
