Workspace type change on future date
Ability to change a workspace type from a hoteling to primary on a known future date. The hoteling option would not be available from the future date so no hoteling bookings could be made. We change hoteling desks to primary desks but if there are hoteling bookings, it can lead to issues with moving bookings.

Hotel desk selection on mobile web needs improvement
The hotel desk selection page when viewed on a mobile browser is quite difficult (if not impossible) to use for selecting a desk.
Some times using the 'Request desktop mode' helps, but more often than not, the page is not scrollable to reach all the buttons on the screen.

Office workstation booking
Better highlight the seats already booked. Add initials of who booked the seat in the green dot. Set default to whole day instead of 05:45-06

Add a filter for 'Booked by' so you can drill down to bookings made by an individual. This would be very helpful for Admins.

Reporting Issues in the Maintenance Section
Is there a way that Facilities can track employee requests by location? Our Company has multiple locations. How do we set it up so that the email/point person is location specific per issue/request? We don’t want to have one person filtering requests for all locations, nor do we want each location receiving issue notifications for each other’s location(s). (i.e., NY shouldn't be notified that someone is too hot in the their office in CA.) Is there anyway to have the tickets in the Maintenance Section separated out by location and separate email distribution lists?

Make floor map visible to certain employees.
We want to show employees only the floor they can sit in.
Maybe adding for the user a primary floor and then making a checkbox in settings - Show Emploee can only his primary floor map.1 vote -

In notifications, can the employee's name be the first instead of the last? This seems to annoy some employees. "Hello (First Name) instead of "Hello (Last Name).

Add meeting room pin for Zoom Rooms
Add a pin or icon for rooms equipped for Zoom/video meetings. Or the ability to change the green meeting room icons to blue or another color to identify different type of A/V equipment.

when there is two or more employees sharing a workspace, make all the names visible to print, as the floor plan is shared with the office staff

reports or confirmation sent to employees with dates checked in
We sometimes forget to write down the days we were in office, we should have a way of pulling our own reports so we can have a list of dates we were in the office. COnfirmation emails are great when you book, but if you cancel for any reason, theres no cancellation confirmation or anything.

allow location admin to book desk for someone else
Allow the Location Admin role to book a desk for someone else. This functionality is currently limited.

view entire booking
Currently under 'My Bookings' if the desk being booked under 'Space' is too long there is no way to see the desk you have booked. Hovering over this should reveal the whole text
