External and internal certifications in the operation/manipulation of your software. An example is Microsoft gives certifications to users form their apps. PowerBI, Excel, etc. anyone can get a certification on through the Microsoft Learn platform. What if Eptura offered a certification (beginner, intermediate, expert) to their own employees and offered the same certifications to their external users/companies that use the platform? I work for Synovus Bank, and we use Condeco and Eptura for move management, work orders, and reports. The assets, agreements, and reports tabs are underutilized because there is a lack of formalized training on how to use them. Most of the way we use the program is through on-the-job training, and over time, this creates knowledge gaps in current users. I think we underutilize your platform and have a lack of understanding of the nuances of using specific capabilities in the platform.
