Using the Mail module on the desktop today requires the use of Internet Explorer which has not been a Microsoft supported browser since June 2022. While Edge is able to be used but only in IE compatibility mode, there is a limitation as these settings either need to be applied each time a user logs in OR set the settings for a time limited 30 days and then reset again.

Use of the IE compatibility mode also poses a risk as that could be disabled at anytime by Microsoft or our company technology department since they also have browser settings and controls.

It would be best if the desktop Mail module could be used with any browser to comply with company policies and guarantee business continuity.
