Add ability to control all modules access using Security Roles
Add option in Security Roles to control the visibility of all modules within Eptura Asset. Most are there currently, but Planning Board, Reports, BI, and Settings are not able to be hidden from a Role currently. There are use cases where it makes sense for these to be hidden from a role (vendor role for example) as you would not want want vendors to see other vendors used in the Planning Board, or the option to generate reports (Reports or BI). The ability to not allow report generation is there, but no reason to keep the modules listed on the navigation when no functionality is allowed. The majority of Settings can be hidden, so best to clean up the navigation and hide Settings as well.
