  1. There should be no requirement to provide room defaults when room booking is not in use. Omnicom is using desk booking only on some of the instances and users are being requested to add room defaults.

  2. It would be great to have an automated report function. Currently foor security purposes we run daily reports to see what visitor/staff/contractor passes have been signed back in each day and if any haven't.

    This function would be useful for ALL other reports which are ran frequently also.

  3. Our open office environment is very saturated - 100% reserved on a regular basis with a number of people who wish to but can't reserve a desk. It'd be great if we could capture the number of people who are unable to get a desk. This could help drive our real estate team to manage the allocation of seats to different depts/teams based on demand

  4. Hey,
    could you please consider adding a possibility to give a regular User the rights to start the Advanced Reports without administration rights ?
    Per design currently we can add the rights to access the Advanced Reports menu but cannot run the reports without admin rights.

  6. Report for deleted rooms. I could not find a report on rooms that we deleted. I felt that it should be a standard report to list rooms that were deleted with detail such as
    1. Date Deleted
    2. Room Name
    3. Occupancy
    4. Location
    5. Facilities/Equipment in the room
    6. Booking from date of deletion.

    This is for record purposes.

  8. We would like to have the ability to run a Banquet Event Order report (BEO).

    BEO is an industry standard report used in hotels, conference centers, and banquets facilities.

    The report should be specific to ONE event or booking ID and contains ALL details associated with that event.

    It should include meeting name, date time location, contact info (host, requester, assigned responsible staff) and all resources or services requested, including item notes, separated by category, formatted to one document (can be multiple pages).

    We should be able to choose which categories to include in the printout. This should be accessible…

  9. Provide the admin the ability to run a report on demand. This report would show the users booking on behalf of someone else. Include the booking creator user name, booked for user name, booking date and time, and location of user being booked for.

  11. Add visitor company as selection field to room booking report. Currently there is only a list of internal and external visitors without any additional information. The visitor report does not display enough Information to identify the related meeting (room, title, host) and is therefore not usable for our reception team.
