Ability to change location on room amendments
When a room is booked and later requires amending, users are restricted to choosing a different room in the same location and group. Users are currently not able to change the current room booked to another room that is in a different location

To add to this, I have found this to be an inconvenience to the user which many are likely to find frustrating as the only way to get around this is to remove the space, close the add-in, go back into the add in and then change the location before you can actually find the room you want. That is an additional 4 clicks just to change the room to one in a different location.

That's also a really big problem for us since we have so many different locations.
