Ability to download latest Outlook COM+ Plugin (legacy) on a self service basis

Hi, at present if you want access to the latest outlook addin - it must be packaged and customised by your Condeco CS team. How about making it available on a self serve basis?

    First for Global Admins.
    They can test it and when whey release it, everybody can download it.

    Or if they deny to release it, it will not be offered as a download.

    Would you like all your users to be able to download the latest version or just Global Admins?
