I would like to request the inclusion of vendor services functionality in the Eptura Outlook Add-in, comparable to what is currently available in the web application when submitting a new reservation. Specifically, features such as Attendees, Food Service, and Equipment should be supported within the Outlook Add-in to ensure a consistent and comprehensive booking experience across platforms.

Agree, we are living in 2026 - A deep service email link is not longer standard. We have many PAs which are booking on behalf of their manager, if they don´t have each other as a delegate in the webinterface, they cannot add service. Explain this to every PA worldwide! It´s really struggle.

Additionally, when a user submits a reservation request via the Outlook add-in for a managed meeting room offering vendor services for FTI's ‘London-Aldersgate’ location, the Engage ‘Location Admin’ cannot modify the reservation to add/remove vendor services or attendee, etc. We believe by providing feature parity between the Outlook add-in and the web application, these limitations will be addressed
