Ability to see hour and mile meter readings from asset management screen.
It would be nice to have the option from the column chooser list to be able to view the hours and miles. This would allow me to look at them from the asset management main screen. Right now I have to open each piece of equipment that I want to see the hours or miles one at a time.

Allow certain users to to book for others
There is only an option for users to be able to control all users in a group. In our company, an executive assistant or team lead would benefit greatly from having the ability to book for their superiors while not allowing it globally

Allow admins to edit bump email warning
Having the ability to modify the bump notification email as well as who the email is sent to can greatly improve the functionality and flow of the work day. If a VP is in a meeting and receives the bump email, or if they are driving in and receive it, it would be beneficial for an assistant or someone else in their department to receive the email as well to alleviate the issue.
Additionally, enabling a "check in" button from the email would significantly improve efficiency

User access cards be automatically disassociated from user profiles when accounts are deactivated in Engage?
Could we request that user access cards be automatically disassociated from user profiles when accounts are deactivated in Engage? This is to prevent reissued cards from remaining linked to deactivated accounts, which currently prevents the new user from successfully activating the card.

Floor Plan Versioning, Download, and Upload Staging.
The ability to download installed floor plans allowing for mistake-proof record keeping is essential. Even though these documents can be maintained outside the tool, it would be prudent to not have to rely on external recordkeeping. Since floor plans do not frequently change, the storage requirements for an in-app versioning history should require minimal storage and provide value in avoiding the need for a complete rewrite of a floor plan. Plotted resources to remain in position after group change
Plotted resources to remain in position after group change. This is very frustrating that when a resource is moved into a different dept you need to re plot it back to the same position.
Once a resource has been plotted it should remain in such position until moved by admin

Alignment tool for desks
Have an alignment tool to allow desks/meeting room icons to be aligned in a uniformed position. Floor plans can look messy when one desks is out of alignment to all others.

Turn off status globally for all users
We recently started using our HR system to log whereabouts ie working in the office, remotely etc. We've had some questions from our users on whether we can turn off the status tab that shows on the home screen in Eptura Engage - as it led them to be confused as it doesn't match what their status shows in our HR system.
It would be good to have a way for us to turn this off on a global level so no users see that status tab on the homescreen.

"Vendors" must be available for Location Admins too!
The "Vendor" menu is currently not available to other admins, which is really impacting our life. They should have the option to manage vendors by themselves, grant access, create new ones and even update their responsibilities.
Please update this function, so that location admins can also update vendors!

Additional User Roles
Ability to add additional User Roles to be searchable on the floorplan. Currently there is "Fire Marshall", "First Aider" and "Mental Health First Aider" but our client would like to add some additional roles for supporting colleagues.

Resource Availability Linking between Resource Types
To improve booking flexibility and optimize space usage, I suggest creating an interaction layer between Personal Spaces (PS) and Hourly Personal Spaces (HPS). This would allow both resource types to offer the same physical space with different booking options—either by time blocks (AM/PM) or by the hour. Combining these into a single interface would be needed as well.
Why This Matters
Currently, PS and HPS operate independently, which can lead to underutilized availability. By linking them:
Users could book a space for a full AM or PM session via PS.

Meeting Summary Extension
When a meeting finishes it goes into summary view after a month. We'd like to be able to extend this and Condeco doesn't have the functionality at the moment.

Adding a scanning delay
An admin should be able to add a delay in the camera so that it doesn't start scanning whichever qr it locates first.
So in order for the user to have enough time to point to the correct qr code and then for the camera to scan it there should an option for adding a certain delay.

Simplify Room Descriptions to Avoid Outlook Character Limits
We are having trouble with large cross site bookings as the the outlook limit for characters is only 250. I know this is out of our control but could we reduce the size of the room descriptions to "meeting room6 4th floor" instead of the repetitive " Client Meeting Room 10, Meeting Room, 7th Floor (7), Liverpool SPS, UK. thanks

Today Page - select other locations
Ability to select other locations from the Today Page & Home, at present users can only select their default location. The drop down menu on the Today & Home page does not show any other locations, the only way for users to select from other locations is to click into the menu field on the left hand side and navigate to 'Book a personal space' or 'Booking Grid'

Admin Access to Floor Plans Regardless of Desk Availability
Could we have the facility for Admins to view the floor plans when all desks are full, this will help with our infrastructure work, to see a completed floorplan on a day to day basis even when all desks are full.

Disable setting for a single location so that personal spaces cannot be booked for external users
It is currently not possible to set that no bookings for “external visitors” are allowed at a location/area. So that only internal colleagues can book, e.g. for themselves or for an internal colleague, but not for external visitors.
Yes, there is a setting under Advanced settings>Global settings
Under the “Personal space” tab, there is a setting “Allow personal spaces to be booked for external users” where you need to disable the checkbox.However, if this setting is disabled, it will be disabled globally for all locations. We would need the option to disable this setting for a single location.
