  5. It should be possible to limit and delimit resources over time. Example 1: We opened a new team space at the end of 2023 and added 1 room with 3 desks from another team space to this new team space. If I now analyse last year's booking data, these 3 desks have already been assigned to this new team space for the entire last year, even though this team space did not even exist until November 2023.   6. To be in line with Services, where notification and cancellation times can be added to menu items. It would be beneficial for Condeco to acknowledge working week “Monday to Friday only” as opposed to including weekends. This would benefit notification calculations where an item is recorded with 24, 48 or 72 hours notice and prevent items being booked on a Friday and being delivered on Monday morning because Saturday & Sunday is currently assumed in Condeco as working days. As an example (Not including weekends) would mean an item with 72 hours notice for preparation and booked on a Friday…

  7. Self-Registration of user, when user selects a "department" when self registering and that department is also a group, this user should be given permissions into this group, closed or opened to view, book and modify their own bookings.

    Makes user onloading easier and takes many clicks away from admins when some users can filter to the correct group, especially when the group is closed.

    We are implementing an update to the booking slot logic so that users can only book one workspace type (for example a desk) a day.  We plan to launch this in April 2024.

  11. Hi team, we will soon use Proxyclick to manage our visitors but standard users will remain using Condeco for registering their visitors. Ideally, we want users to continue visitor registration on Condeco and for the reception team to manage the visitors in Proxyclick. It will be a useful addition if we could ensure that users have shared the email address for all standard visitors to ensure that they receive the emails for remote registration and QR Code for check in. Giving us the option to make the email address field mandatory will resolve this issue.

  12. Please can we have an option to upload images of the different room layout options? Many people don't understand the differences between the different options, such as boardroom, u-shape, etc., and often select the wrong one and ask for it to be changed when they turn up.

    We would like to propose a feature which will be really helpful for us.

    We would like to have a resource, or group setup, where we can specify from the entire number of available desks how many of them will be free to book by everybody and how many of them will be bookable by colleagues which have a location as Home one.

    It means if we have for example a location A and it has 100 desks, we would like to separate them 80 desks will be just for the colleagues which have their home (primary) location:…

  14. If a recurring booking can't a venue for certain dates it will not take any action in Condeco and nothing will be booked. However the booking will still show as being in the requested venue in the User's Outlook Add In. It is reasonable to expect that a user looking in their Outlook Calendar will see the room that is actually booked, and if no venue is available then the Location should be blank. Unplaced recurring bookings cause confustion because according to Outlook the user has the room booked, but Condeco has another booking in the requested room at the…

It would be useful for admin users, if we were able to change the booking opening. currently this is set to midnight and we would like to change it to noon or any other time during the working day. Given limited bookable resources, this set-up forces employees to book at night, rather than during the workign day.

  17. Dear Condeco, the currently available Teams day feature in mobile application is very usefull, but we identified a weak point in case of the desk reservations.

    We have a location where we have two concentration desks available for booking.
    When somebody hurry and wants to create a Teams day reservation for let's say 3 people and select concentration desks for that location, that person is able to book it.
    Problem is, if that person invite 3 people and just two desks are there and the application is not giving any feedback the reserved number of desks are less like the…

  18. Condeco Enterprise provides the ability to link meeting rooms and configure settings such as the seating style, set up, & clean up times for the linked resources. Like an individual resource where you can specify a default seating style, I am requesting the ability to specify a default seating style for linked meeting rooms. Currently, it appears the default style is selected based on the alphabetical order of all seating styles.

  19. The "Group Administration | E-mail Templates" module has a function after each e-mail template there you can select if the changes apply to just the group, the country, or globally. When you choose to apply to country or globally, it replaces everything including the recipient lines. The changes should only be limited to the body of the e-mail. We were trying to make consistent e-mail structures across all countries, but they have to have different recipients for each office's reception. This caused a major data cleanup.

  20. currently you can only set the time a desk is bookable either in weeks, days or same day. it would be very useful (especially for parking) to be able to set the time a space is available to be booked the day before at, for example 3pm. this would allow an admin to make any changes necessary to the group of spaces during the day up to 3pm (in this example). like close off spaces for contractors or last minute visitors. and still allow user to book those spaces within the working day (3pm-5.30pm). i have found a current work…
