  2. I believe it would be handy when a user initially logs into condeco web portal, the today screen\quick desk search which shows current bookings, that they can perform a quick search to make a booking but have the ability to see the floor maps and not just a list of resources from the selected group

  3. A desk booking reminder email the day before the booking would be great, the option you brought out is not good enough, we don't want anything to be sent to calendars, we just want an email to go to the user who booked the desk the day before around 3pm so they can see if they still need the desk and if not free this up for others to book. 10am on the desk of the booking makes no sense as everyone will already be in the office therefore after this seat is free it is not seat in.

  5. Like how from the booking grid you can see who has booked on a particular day could there also be a floor plan made available with all employees bookings visible so you can see who booked where & when without going in to book a desk?

  6. Customers are looking to manage the amount of times users can reserve a desk by adjusting booking slots value over API endpoints. This will allow customers to automatically manage how often their employees are in the office.

  7. the RTO build has this feature where in, when we enable the Self Certification on the Location, we will not be able to book desk for other users. we would like to be able to book for a colleague as they still will need to self certify and check in.

  8. Would be great if the software could recognise when a desk is booked by a person for over a number of times and it pops up as a first option to that person for them to book it (so they don't always have to look for their desk everytime they want to book)

  9. The key objective is to get better visibility of where everyone is working

    Right now, one must log into the application and either start the booking process, or use the find a colleague option to see where folks are sitting. There is no simple quick view / link we can provide users with to see where people are sitting.

    Furthermore, once the map is loaded, you need to mouse over each location to see who is actually sitting in a specified location. We find out users constantly walking around trying to locate where people are sitting because the process of…

  11. Booking Grid - Search entire building/site instead of individual floors. In the Booking Grid under Personal Spaces, we can only search by floors and not the entire building. Can you add an ALL option to search all floors of one building/site? Thank you.

  12. External Visitors do not have the app for check-ins to desks and currently, only the booker who has made on behalf is able to do the check-in. There should be visibility and functionality for Admins to view the list of external visitors for the day and check in on behalf, as the booker may not be in office for the day.

  13. It would be good if desks could be scheduled to be closed or open on different days within the maximum 5 week booking period.
    At the moment you can only close desks for 1 period of time.

  14. This is similar feature we have in room booking where in we can see the who made the booking, when the booking was made, when it was edited, checked-in, released, etc. This feature or the capability to see the booking history would be a big help for the users/admins to a initial investigation for booking issues.

  16. Currently a site configured for Whole Day bookings sees 2 slots per day booked. Can this be changed to reflect 1 slot per day? Would make reporting much more accurate,

  17. The default wording in the self-certify popup ‘I confirm that I have read and agree to all statements above’ and ‘I do not agree to all statements above’ do not match how we want to word the statements in the popup.

  18. We use our own self-certification forms hosted on O365. We require staff and visitors to self-certify prior to coming into the office by completing our form. It would be great if the welcome message on the today page would accept HTML (like the e-mail templates) so we can link to our form from there. Same for the self-certify popup on the mobile app. Would be great if people could click thru from the popup to our own form.

    Would also be nice to use some own corporate branding like a logo on the Welcome / today page.

  19. We want to be able to customize the Team assignments, so that we can restrict teams to different weekly patterns, such as specific days of the week.

    For example:

    Team A : Can book only on Monday and Tuesday.
    Team B : Can book only on Wednesday and Friday
    Team C : Can book only on Friday and monday
    Team D : etc..

  20. Kiosk pre-selected desk shouldn't be booked until user selects "Confirm and Exit"

    If the user opts to book a different desk to the one that has been pre-selected then, without this change, the user receives 2 confirmation emails. As is stands, this causes unnecessary email traffic and confusion for the user. It is also not consistent behaviour for the kiosk.
