  1. Non-Default Groups like lockers, car spaces, etc. allow users to
    book unlimited resources for the same day even when the settings (group settings) are set to limit the number of slots per week (e.g. 2 slots per week). There is no workaround and clients are not able to manage these spaces as expected.

  3. It is quite clunky and manual to place desks on the floor plans once they are uploaded. Each Group needs to have the floorplan uploaded again, it does not take the one that has been uploaded for the floor originally. Can improvements be made to Floorplan admin side so this doesn't need to be done twice?

    Admins would also like the ability to move multiple desks at once instead of plotting one desk at a time.

  4. Currently a site configured for Whole Day bookings sees 2 slots per day booked. Can this be changed to reflect 1 slot per day? Would make reporting much more accurate,

  5. Kiosk pre-selected desk shouldn't be booked until user selects "Confirm and Exit"

    If the user opts to book a different desk to the one that has been pre-selected then, without this change, the user receives 2 confirmation emails. As is stands, this causes unnecessary email traffic and confusion for the user. It is also not consistent behaviour for the kiosk.

  6. The key objective is to get better visibility of where everyone is working

    Right now, one must log into the application and either start the booking process, or use the find a colleague option to see where folks are sitting. There is no simple quick view / link we can provide users with to see where people are sitting.

    Furthermore, once the map is loaded, you need to mouse over each location to see who is actually sitting in a specified location. We find out users constantly walking around trying to locate where people are sitting because the process of…

  8. Booking Grid - Search entire building/site instead of individual floors. In the Booking Grid under Personal Spaces, we can only search by floors and not the entire building. Can you add an ALL option to search all floors of one building/site? Thank you.

  10. External Visitors do not have the app for check-ins to desks and currently, only the booker who has made on behalf is able to do the check-in. There should be visibility and functionality for Admins to view the list of external visitors for the day and check in on behalf, as the booker may not be in office for the day.

  11. It would be good if desks could be scheduled to be closed or open on different days within the maximum 5 week booking period.
    At the moment you can only close desks for 1 period of time.

  12. Can we please get an all desk group view, outside of reporting to help us understand how many colleagues will be in the office on a given day at a glance. at the moment admins have to select and screen shot each group and stich together a custom view.

  13. We would like the option in Desk Booking for the user to allow a change to their status. Some users are sensitive to the status of "not working" and would like a status of "working", "working in office", "sick", out muliple days. Etc.

  17. Would be great if the software could recognise when a desk is booked by a person for over a number of times and it pops up as a first option to that person for them to book it (so they don't always have to look for their desk everytime they want to book)

  18. We want to be able to customize the Team assignments, so that we can restrict teams to different weekly patterns, such as specific days of the week.

    For example:

    Team A : Can book only on Monday and Tuesday.
    Team B : Can book only on Wednesday and Friday
    Team C : Can book only on Friday and monday
    Team D : etc..
