  1. In view of COVID19, it would be good if Admins could retroactively book a desk on a past date, in case someone showed up at the office without actually booking a desk.
    That would be very useful to allow contact-tracing.

  3. Would be useful if we are able to close half day bookings. Currently users are able to book for AM or PM, as admins, we should be able to also close desks for either AM or PM

  4. For Nokia there is a strong need to have a separate solution for Vehicle registration & booking solution
    1. enable per employee to register the car licence plat number enabling to export for sending to the landlord to control the parking
    2. avoid using additional resource with no limitation on bookings per day what is needed and should also be handled as Parking Primary resource

  5. Add "All Colleagues" Tab to Contact Tracing Report. This tab would list all users who had a booking at the same location regardless of Floor or Zone. Currently the report is showing only users who had bookings on the same Floor or Zone. It is possible for users in different floors to come in contact with others, for example in the elevator. It is important to report on all users regardless of floor or zone location.

  6. When searching for a personal space (desk) for a number of days, rather than saying "none available" if there is desk availability on some of the days, say that instead of none for all days.
    Staff are becoming confused when trying to book 3 days in a week and having to keep changing the search for 1 day at a time.

  8. when booking a desk from Today Page, Home Page, Find a Desk and the mobile app each shows a slightly different view of the floorplan and inconsitent labeling of desk meta data

  9. An option to open/close desks at specific times in the future. Due to covid we have many closed floors. The current admin options are limited and require significant manual effort. There is a lot of admin burden in opening and then closing desks for certain periods.

  10. Currently when a zone/floor/desk is closed - for any desk bookings for today - the 'cancellation' email is sent immediately, but for future bookings it is sent at midnight when the email job runs. This means that for any bookings for tomorrow, the user might already be on their way to, or even arrived at, the office before they see the email.

    Can a change be made so that for bookings for today AND tomorrow (and maybe even all future bookings) - the cancellation email is sent immediately?

  12. Typically when a user taps their card in/out the colour changes.

    We would like a message or icon (such as a sand timer) on the screen after a user touches their card on the desk to make it obvious to the user that it is in a loading stage

    This would help those with colour blindness.

  13. Enhanced resource group settings that allow desks within a certain group to be released to all or other groups within an amount of days of the current date.
    Ideally should be able to set which groups they are released to, and also set the amount of days prior that the release to wider groups occurs. This would allow much more flexibility with creating grouped resources and increase resource utilisation.

  14. Our location has individual offices that can be used both as regular workstations and as meeting rooms. Currently, however, only one type of use can be selected per room in the booking system (workstation or meeting room).
    We propose implementing an extended function in the system that allows both types of use to be mapped. Specifically, we would like

    • Individual offices can be defined as a workplace and a meeting room at the same time.

    • If the workplace is booked in such a room, the room should be automatically blocked for meeting bookings during the same period (and vice versa).

  15. Allow Team Day bookings to be booked before bookings open for all users. Please allow Team Day bookings to open 1 week before bookings for all users. Our users are in the habit of booking desks as soon as the booking week opens, so it is difficult to get desks for teams to sit together using the teams day feature. If teams days were able to be booked a few days before the grid opens to all users, it would be very beneficial and allow teams to sit together on their team days.

  16. Please bring back being able to book multiple personal spaces on the same day for Executive Admins. Example: Executive Admins book for multiple Executives and being able to book multiple PERSONAL spaces on the same day would be great. Right now, they are booking one space and then calling someone else to book the other.

  17. this team day feature has been misused by folks and this is very concerning where desks were left empty, not occupied where teams booked the whole section for the whole week.

    so far the feature cannot be turned off for a particular site, it has to be done on the tenant level..

  18. It would be desirable to include the roles of the user in the personal spaces booking grid. So that in emergencies you could see directly in the booking grid whether a First Aider or Fire Marshal is on site and you could also see directly where they are sitting. It would be nice to use the same icons that appear in the user management as soon as you have selected and saved these roles.

  19. Appointments in Outlook for booked desks should be customizable. The time when the appointment for this day is in Outlook should be adjustable, also the title of the appointment as well as the duration of the appointment should be adjustable for the administrator
