  1. It would make handling desk and room attributes easier if it was possible to sort attributes alphabetically when interacting with them via the admin pages or when filtering room or desk searches.

  3. when booking a desk from Today Page, Home Page, Find a Desk and the mobile app each shows a slightly different view of the floorplan and inconsitent labeling of desk meta data

    These should be standardised across all options

  4. An option to open/close desks at specific times in the future. Due to covid we have many closed floors. The current admin options are limited and require significant manual effort. There is a lot of admin burden in opening and then closing desks for certain periods.

  5. People in my office are using this function when booking for guests. The problem is that the booking just says something like : John Smith. We don't know who has made the booking, who the person is and there's no mandatory fields like phone number or host. From a safety perspective not knowing who a random person is or who is responsible for them in the building is an issue.

  6. Currently when a zone/floor/desk is closed - for any desk bookings for today - the 'cancellation' email is sent immediately, but for future bookings it is sent at midnight when the email job runs. This means that for any bookings for tomorrow, the user might already be on their way to, or even arrived at, the office before they see the email.

    Can a change be made so that for bookings for today AND tomorrow (and maybe even all future bookings) - the cancellation email is sent immediately?

  7. Whole day configuration and check-in period.

    Whole day booking had been selected to ensure a one person, one desk booking per day such that COVID-19 cleaning procedures are integrated with the release of the desk.

    When a whole day is selected in advanced/global setup/desk booking, the check-in period in the application setup in groups is also changed to reflect one period, that being AM. This only has a time limit of 11:59AM. If there are afternoon shift staff booking a desk and they are not in to check in by 11:59AM, their desks are bumped.

  8. When changing multiple days in advance to the status not working as an end user, every day need to be changed individually (applies to web- and mobile app). It would be much easier for the end users to select mutiple days and set them to "not working", e.g. when going on annual leave.

  12. It would be highly beneficial if the Condeco software could be adjusted so that when a user cancels a booking for a personal space, their work status is automatically updated to 'Remote' by default.

    Currently, the work status remains set to 'On-site', which often leads to confusion and inaccuracies in attendance records. By implementing this change, we can ensure that the attendance data remains accurate and reflective of the user's actual status.

  13. Some offices look to book for a rolling monthly booking calendar. It will be excellent to see if we can send reminder when the bookings open for each month.

  14. For Nokia there is a strong need to have a separate solution for Vehicle registration & booking solution
    1. enable per employee to register the car licence plat number enabling to export for sending to the landlord to control the parking
    2. avoid using additional resource with no limitation on bookings per day what is needed and should also be handled as Parking Primary resource

  15. Allow Team Day bookings to be booked before bookings open for all users. Please allow Team Day bookings to open 1 week before bookings for all users. Our users are in the habit of booking desks as soon as the booking week opens, so it is difficult to get desks for teams to sit together using the teams day feature. If teams days were able to be booked a few days before the grid opens to all users, it would be very beneficial and allow teams to sit together on their team days.

  16. Release of Hourly Workstations- currently they are released by a fixed number of days out. Please consider to release by week (similar to the earlier workstations configuration), wherein it can be set up to release workstations on a fixed day for 2 weeks ahead.

    Less change for behaviour required by the colleagues for this; and yet be able to benefit from hourly bookings.

  17. Please bring back being able to book multiple personal spaces on the same day for Executive Admins. Example: Executive Admins book for multiple Executives and being able to book multiple PERSONAL spaces on the same day would be great. Right now, they are booking one space and then calling someone else to book the other.

  18. this team day feature has been misused by folks and this is very concerning where desks were left empty, not occupied where teams booked the whole section for the whole week.

    so far the feature cannot be turned off for a particular site, it has to be done on the tenant level..

  20. Unset the In-office status when I cancel a desk reservation.
    When I book and eventually cancel a desk reservation, my In-office status remains set to Working from the office.
