  2. We currently have a large number of 'Hot desks' on our system which are generally used when desks are not available directly in your department, however, we've noticed more and more people starting to book the 'hot desk' spaces which is not what we intended. I could mark the desks as 'Closed' but feel that may cause confusion among staff when looking at available desks, so I think it would be really helpful to have a feature where we could keep the desks open & visible on the system but mark them as not bookable so it's clear they are…

  3. On book for a Teams Day, if a colleague is invited to multiple desks on the same day (for example: Friendship group, Team Group, Leadership and Event) When the colleague accepts one booking it should then decline the others.

    There appears to be no link-up or the system to realise that the use now has a desk that day and will not need to have 3 others.

    1. The personal spaces can only be close for a period of time. For example, From Date 1 to Date 2.

    2. If we add a closing period for one day, the resource will automatically open after the day. However, to schedule the next closure, we'd have to set another closure period Date 3 & Date 4.

    3. Its not possible to set multiple closure periods as per the current system design.

    4. If we set a new closure period for the resource, the older closure period will be overwritten.

  4. The search result of Find a Colleague, mobile app user search and the User Management is not the same, in case the user name contains location-specific extra characters a lot of users are missing from the Find a Colleague page.
    The same issue happens in the mobile app when you try to add a colleague to your team: only the users appear, whom name does not contain special characters.

  5. be able to set the working week to Monday to Friday, so when next day booking is only available, you can book Monday on a Friday. rather then having to log in on a Sunday

  6. Can the booking parameters be upgraded to allow monthly and weekly constraints within the same rule? For instance:
    The ability to offer 20 booking slots in a 4 week period (10 days every 4 week) but we don’t want users to be able to book any more than 3 days (6 slots) in a week.

  7. Coming from Workplace, the floorplan experience in Engage feels very dated, and a low end product. Workplace has the interactive CAD based floorplans that allow users to search locations, ping desks or rooms, and reserve spaces directly from both the floorplan and calendar views.

    In Engage, we are currently limited to uploading PDFs and manually placing dots for conference rooms, offices, and workstations. This is very time consuming and not practical for larger environments.

  15. In our office there are certain areas which we want to block for some certain days. E.g. there are 6 desks available in a room and we want to block all those 6 desks for 2 days in a week but that functionality is missing / not there. We tried to accomplish this via multiple ways but its not possible at all. Hopefully this feature would be added soon.

  16. Currently, Eptura Engage does not support limiting bookings per user within a calendar month.
    For our desk sharing setup, this is essential to ensure fair access to workspaces.
    The existing limit on active bookings is not sufficient, as users can still book many days across a month.
    We need a configurable group-level rule to cap booking days per month (e.g. 12 days).
    Once the limit is reached, no further bookings should be allowed in that month.
    An optional override for special roles or projects would be helpful.
    Visibility of remaining booking days for users would improve transparency.

  17. We've love to have a single user journey when a user decides to come into the office that gives them the option to book a desk and parking space at the same time - perhaps integrated with a waitlist function. We have many users who can get a desk but not a parking space and vice versa.

  18. when looking at floor plan having option to see all instead of going back and forth to workstations and offices so if an office is not available I can just look and book a workstation without having to go back and select the workstation view to see what is available
