  1. be able to set the working week to Monday to Friday, so when next day booking is only available, you can book Monday on a Friday. rather then having to log in on a Sunday

  2. In “Find your Team” we can filter by default roles (e.g., Fire Marshal, First Aider), but filters for custom roles are not available.

    We recently created a custom role called “Security Officer” (German: “Sicherheitsbeauftragter”). Users can be assigned to this role successfully, but it cannot be used as a filter in “Find your Team”.

    • Expected behavior: All roles assigned to users — including tenant-specific custom roles — are available as filter criteria in “Find your Team” on both web and mobile.

    • Actual behavior: Only default, system-provided roles appear as filter options.

  3. Automatically stop desks being booked when people are booking rooms.
    Can you please make the option available? We are using Intelligent booking and the system is booking desks when people are booking rooms, we want to stop this as these people may stay only few minutes in the office and don't need a desk.

  4. Enable a rule that automatically releases fixed desks reserved for senior executives when they are not in use, so these desks become bookable by other users on those days. This ensures that senior executives always have guaranteed desks on the days they are on-site, while maximising utilisation by making the same desks available to everyone on the remaining days of the week.

  5. Send an email/notification 10 minutes before reservation is completed. This will remind them that they need to wrap up for the day, so the next reservation does not have to wait or "fight" for their booked workstation.

  6. Hello,

    I have noticed that users are often confused when booking via the mobile app.

    In some cases, they are unable to find available offices because they do not realise they need to manually change the workspace type to “Office” on the initial booking screen to see office spaces.

    Unlike the desktop version, which defaults to “Any workspace,” the mobile app requires users to select a specific type before searching.

    Would it be possible to implement a similar default setting on the mobile app to help reduce confusion?

  7. Desk booking slots restrictions should have option to operate independently of each other.
    Example:
    Group A has restriction for 2 booking slots
    Group B has restriction for 1 booking slots
    User should have option to book all 3 slots providing they have permissions to both groups.

    Currently system counts the users booking and restricts in all groups they have permission too. So if they booking 1 or 2 slots in Group A they will not be able to book any desks in Group B.

  8. Make non-consecutive days available for closing resources. Right now, days can only be closed consecutive days. I get many requests to close resources on non-consecutive days, such as a Monday and then Wednesday.

  9. Currently, hourly bookings cannot extend across midnight (12:00 AM). This creates inefficiency, as users must make two separate bookings—one before and one after midnight—for what is effectively a single continuous booking. Allowing bookings to span across midnight would simplify the process and improve efficiency for users.

  10. When a floor plan has no desks or desks are disabled for booking or search for desk has no hits, a user will see a pop-up message "There are currently no available personal spaces. Press OK to search again or Cancel to stay in the floor plan.". Would be good if that message can be customized and applicable per floor plan.

Currently, Engage allows users to book multiple different desks at the same time and date under “Hourly Personal Space.” Please align this with the “All Personal Spaces” or “Shift Booking” setting so that users cannot book multiple desks simultaneously. After all, each user only has one seat—and one place to sit at a time.

  14. We have an issue when a board meeting is going on. We need to create a floating group for 30 people and assign a QR code to each floating desk. We keep it in the book for users to scan. This is very urgent, as we have a board meeting scheduled for the upcoming week. This security concern is for safety reasons.

  16. When booking a desk via the Teams app, it would be ideal for users to see the floor plan and who has booked desks nearby, rather than just the desk number. This would help people choose the right desk, as most users aren't aware of desk numbers, and it would also allow them to see where their colleagues are located.

  17. Getting to the floor plan is tedious as it requires entering information in a few fields, such as choosing your team and the date before the floor plan is displayed. It would really help to be able to navigate directly to the floor plan without choosing a date (it could default to the current date, and this should be made obvious on screen once the user is on the floor plan; this information is actually lacking at the moment. Following the rebrand to Eptura Engage, desk booking confirmation and cancellation emails are still coming from Condeco which is causing some confusion (for example to new starters who only know the system by Eptura Engage and won't know what Condeco is) and also doesn't help with the embedding of the rebrand with our teams. Please could the email address be changed from Condeco to Engage to reflect the rebrand?

  19. The application is unusable. THE WORST APPLICATION THAT I EVER SEEN. When the booking become available, even if I am authenticated it takes ages to display the option to book. When trying to book it takes me out and is saying that authentication is not successful made. Then, when I enter and reenter the credentials for multiple times it returns to the login screen as like the waiting time has passed and you need to reauthenticate. 20 minutes trying to book a space and nothing happens, really?   20. I dont know which day someone booked my desk when i try to book range of days at once.
    This makes me guess and retry booking different day ranges.
