Assign personal spaces to multiple Access Groups
Our groups represent different departments, therefore only Facilities staff can book desks assigned to the facilities group.
We should be able to assign a resource to multiple groups, whereby allowing staff from 3 different departments access to book those desks.Is there a way of managing the access that I have misunderstood?

Booking Date on Floor Plan Map
When a user searches for a specific date or date range via the floor plan map within personal spaces, the date selected does not show up on the page when viewing the floor plan map. It would be helpful to see the date listed in this view.

Please take away this option: "allow colleagues to see own status and personal workspace locations". Too many staff are showing anonymous.
Please take away this option for staff to make themselves anonymous (or make it only accessible by admins): "allow colleagues to see own status and personal workspace locations". Too many staff are showing as anonymous and there is no way to disable this for everyone without going through our 2800 users profiles individually. There is nothing to stop them from turning it back on.

Automatically unassign people when we delete them from the user base
We have connected our user base through IAM and SSO.
We automatically remove users that don't belong to the company anymore.
But people, who have left the company keep an assigned desk which makes no sense for me. Is it possible to automatically unassign a desk when someone is removed from the user database?2 votes -
Company as a mandatory field for External booking
Make the field "Company" mandatory for when booking for externals. This would be important to track if it's an employee from an external company (and which) or a visit from a different branch that doesn't have Condeco rolled out. Also is it possible to include it in the reporting? Thanks

Provide an Overview of the actual Available Workplaces for all users:
- Compile a comprehensive overview of all available workplaces across all groups.
- Provide a detailed overview of available workstations for individual groups.

Condeco could have an option to show a photo of the Desk available to be booked, similar as it does for meeting rooms.

Desk Booking - Ability to have desks as 'Not Bookable'
We currently have a large number of 'Hot desks' on our system which are generally used when desks are not available directly in your department, however, we've noticed more and more people starting to book the 'hot desk' spaces which is not what we intended. I could mark the desks as 'Closed' but feel that may cause confusion among staff when looking at available desks, so I think it would be really helpful to have a feature where we could keep the desks open & visible on the system but mark them as not bookable so it's clear they are…

To be able to assign a specific desk (personal space) to a user 1 day a week permanently and on other days to be available for booking
The personal spaces can only be close for a period of time. For example, From Date 1 to Date 2.
If we add a closing period for one day, the resource will automatically open after the day. However, to schedule the next closure, we'd have to set another closure period Date 3 & Date 4.
Its not possible to set multiple closure periods as per the current system design.
If we set a new closure period for the resource, the older closure period will be overwritten.

Searching issue with special characters for Hungarian Language and others
The search result of Find a Colleague, mobile app user search and the User Management is not the same, in case the user name contains location-specific extra characters a lot of users are missing from the Find a Colleague page.
The same issue happens in the mobile app when you try to add a colleague to your team: only the users appear, whom name does not contain special characters.

change working week to Monday to Friday
be able to set the working week to Monday to Friday, so when next day booking is only available, you can book Monday on a Friday. rather then having to log in on a Sunday

Enhancement to the ability to see a full floorplan of desks that has multiple groups
We would like to have the ability to have a full view of a floorplan / floor plate that have multiple groups in it. This would make booking much easier if someone needs to view and book in another area from their home location.
It would also be very beneficial for Admins so they could see at a glance all persons in a certain area then having to try and navigate through groups.
I know we currently have a feature like this however if someone clicks on one of the groups within the full plan we have no easy way…

Dynamic Neighbourhood Sizing by Day of Week
Enable the ability to configure different neighbourhood sizes and desk allocations by day of the week.

Extended Booking Limit for Personal Spaces
Hello Support Team,
We would like to request an extension of the booking window for Personal Spaces in Eptura/Condeco.
Currently, users are only able to book Personal Spaces up to 5 weeks in advance. We would like to extend this booking window to up to one year in advance to better support long-term workplace planning and desk reservations.
Could you please advise whether this setting can be adjusted and assist us in implementing this change?

Fixed desk should not be released by users
We are currently using both Eptura Workplace and Engage. Fixed desks behave differently in Eptura Workplace. When a fixed desk is assigned to someone, the user is not able to make changes to their desk assignment. If the desk is assigned to a specific user, it is permanently for that user unless the administrator makes a change.
This behavior is different in Engage, and fixed desks can be released by users and then booked by someone else.

send a reminder for desk bookings 48 hours before booking
Please enable a facility that sends a reminder to users 24/48 hours before their desk booking - a gentle nudge to remind them they have a booking and to cancel if not needed. This will help us reduce bookings that are cancelled on the day, and no other member can book as it is then too late for them to travel to the office.

Meeting rooms booking
We would like to explore the possibility of introducing two booking modes for meeting rooms: Shared and Exclusive.
The idea is that when the first person books a room, they can choose whether:
- Use the room exclusively: the entire room is reserved for that person, and the remaining seats are no longer available for other users to book.
- Share the room: the person books one seat, while the remaining seats stay available for other users to book.

Enable proximity-based check-in using WLAN and extend geofence.
We received user complaints that the auto check-in is not stable. All settings on the phone have been checked. It works but not always. User suggests that geofence is not broad enough (250M) and the proximity detection does not work on WLAN.
