  1. It would be great to enable the quick search also in the mobile App. Given limited ressources, currently users have to click through the plans to see open personal spaces for booking. It would be easier to change the whole location for open spaces that can be booked in the selected timeslot/day.

  2. Single-Day Booking Only - bookings cannot span across multiple days.
    And this function is only applied in the web application but not it the mobile application.
    This creates a big issues for the end users when it comes in booking a meeting spaces.
    This function must be applied in the mobile app.

  3. When adding a new Personal Spaces group the user needs to logout and back in again before the group is visible.

    This is unwanted behaviour and the App should refresh new groups automatically or at least when restarted.

    This is related to Issue 00064035
    "We further discussed this and found out to be an expected functionality where user need to log in again for Group to be visible to them in mobile app.
    I would request you to please further raise on our user voice portal"

  4. To be able to change the default to "You’re not working" instead of Working Remotely
    And/or can we Change or add the options to:
    1. I am not working
    2. I am working from home
    3. I am on another Chubb Site
    4. I am at a client site/external workshop

  5. If I attempt to book a personal space on the calendar in advance for a selected date, with selected attributes (that are not available at that location), the application tells me “no results that meet all your chosen attributes; here are some alternative results”. I am given 2 options of “go back” or “ok” (to view alternative results).

    After choosing “go back” I am redirected to the booking screen and choose to clear only my selected attributes and click continue. After the page loads, the date is then reset to today’s date and if you’re not paying attention you could…

  6. Enable the ability for multiple latitude/longitude markers. This will allow the ability to capture check-in for users with the feature on locations that are larger office buildings/campuses.

    1. A User of Condeco Unified Mobile App (either on iOS or on Android) has the option to select a default group as well as floor to narrow down their search for Personal spaces
    2. However, the user doesn’t have the option to select a default group as well as floor to narrow down their search for Meeting Spaces

    Suggestion : Enabling default group selection and default floor selection to narrow down search results for Meeting Spaces will improve the User Experience

  8. When moving between floor plans in the Application Set Up, it's frustrating to have to click a different floor and then click back on the original floor just to make updates and changes. There should be an ability to return back to the editing section of the same floor without having to jump around!

  9. Allow the mobile app to reset a forgotten password. if you are in route and forget your password, you are unable to check in or book a desk. The whole idea of this app for us due to covid is to do this BEFORE you get to the office.

  10. When create a meeting, is useful to invite more people and add the meeting to the guest calendar.
    It would be helpfulto allow you to select users of your domain or who are part of the Azure online infrastructure for example.

  12. Allow the app to login using Azure SSO with user and device based authentication. This could be done directly through the Azure SSO app or using the Edge browser. The setting could be controlled by an admin with an app configuration policy that could also include the Condeco URL. This would allow for a few seamless user experience and a more secure login.

  13. I would like to manage the deployment of the Condeco mobile apps by using UEM. Specifically, we use Blackberry UEM and we need the Condeco app to support key value pairs to help customize the app within our private store for employees.

  14. Meeting rooms are currently subject to a reduced capacity due to Covid. In Global Setup - Room Booking we have the 'Ignore Room Capacity' option set to True. This is so that when searching for a room via Outlook users can still invite e.g. 10 people even though most rooms can currently only take 5 people, the remaining attendees will join the meeting via Teams.
    In the web application this works fine - searches return all rooms.
    But in the mobile app the room capacity is still applied to search results.
    Can the mobile app also be set to ignore…

  16. Currently, the system displays a generic error message when a user scans a QR code to book a workspace but already has an active booking. This creates confusion and leads to unnecessary support tickets, as the message looks like a technical fault and provides no clear guidance.
    Current Situation:

    User scans a QR code to book a workspace.
    If an active booking already exists, a generic error message appears without explanation or options.

    Problem:

    Users do not understand why the booking fails.
    No clear instructions or alternatives are provided → frustration and increased support workload.

  17. The Mobile App should display your visitors in the bookings page so you know which day and who your guest are arriving. It would also be great if you were then able to edit or delete those visitors without having to go onto the laptop.

  18. The mobile app currently does not support any warning/pop up message as it does on the web version when clicking into the booking form.

    We use various messages based on the specific room that is clicked, the web version requires an "approve" or "decline" decision based on the message which helps direct users and acknowledge the given action.

    This missing from the Mobile App lets users bypass this completley and they may be booking the room without key information popping up as in the web version of the system.

    I think its key to have the web and mobile app…
