  1. Email confirmation

    Email confirmation cut off notes that have been added to service items, this then becomes admin heavy once a client checks if all catering or AV requirements have been added. Conference team then need to double check the booking and go back to the client to confirm all requirements have been captured.

    It would be useful if the booking confirmations could capture and send all information.

  3. It would be great if personal desks assigned to specified users until further notice could be released when the owner changes his status from mobile app. This will allow other people to book the desk when the assigned user is away.

  4. Proximity check out – Have you explored the auto check out when the user is away from the Geo location. It should also give exception options to retain seats if the person is stepping out for a short time outside of the building and coming back later.

  5. The email notification templates at a group level to also include the 'Booking
    deleted by' option. This can support the user to find who deleted the booking.
    Some of the admins have deleted the bookings but user has reached out to our
    team to find the details.

  6. We use SSO although one of our users managed to change her email address in her profile to her personal email address. She then reported that things "weren't working properly" - the SSO continued to work but she reported that her notifications were going to the "wrong" email address and didn't know what. She also didn't know that she'd changed the email address.

    From an admin perspective it would be beneficial to be able to lock this down so that individuals can't change the email address and cause support issued.

  8. As there is a difference of duty in "Fire Marshal" and "Fire Warden", we'd like to know, if there is any change to add/change "Fire Warden" to the system?
    Furthermore, we have also some trained "Security Trust Person" in our office and we'd like to know, if there is any chance to implement this?

  9. Color Codes for Users in the advanced booking grid.

    can you adjust the advanced booking grid view for normal users to see the color codes of the meeting typ? At the moment these users can only see the color codes in the normal booking grid.

    Only group administrators an higher privileged users can see the color codes in both grids atm.

  10. At this time, the YourTeam list can be edited only by selecting a single line and clicking Remove. Allow multi-selection to be able to delete many at once, or to perform other functions when they are introduced, such as group YourTeam members.

  11. Allow an option to use Active Directory to set up YourTeam initially so that you don't need to type names, as in, "Put in MyTeam anyone who reports to me". Continue to allow removing names or adding names to YourTeam, but use this as an optional starting point.

  12. YourTeam allows a max of 25 team members to be added (maybe this is configurable). Even if it can be expanded, a large list would be more usable if you could categorize each team member in a flexible way. For example, in a role ("Show me where all my PMs are seated"), or in a project ("Show me where all my ERP project people are seated"), or by organization ("Show me where my boss and their bosses are seated").

  14. We have noticed that some functionalities available on the WebPortal are not available on Mobile App and/or Outlook add-in.
    Example: Booking Desks for external person is available on the webportal only or Outlook add-in doesn't have the possibility to search room with more than one setup available etc.
    Would it be possible to do an effort to equalise functionalities across platforms? As it is causing limitations to use handful features.

  16. It would be nice if there was an option to upload a PDF so when a booking confirmation gets sent for visitors or personal space bookings or meeting spaces, you could add an attachment - i.e. a health and safety pack for the site they are working at.

  17. Outlook appointments update from 'PROVISIONAL' state without requiring a second email to attendees. I have found that once a booking request is approved, we need to send another email out to all attendees on the Outlook appointment - spamming them unnecessarily.
