  1. Add visitor company as selection field to room booking report. Currently there is only a list of internal and external visitors without any additional information. The visitor report does not display enough Information to identify the related meeting (room, title, host) and is therefore not usable for our reception team.

  4. Is there a plan to create a dashboard with real time data; check-ins, how many people reserved desks, etc? Would like to see a on-demand/real time utilization data

  5. For meetings that have the bump feature, we should be able to pull which were bumped.
    We would like to pull cancellations so we can track when they were cancelled and how often we have 24 hours or less cancellation.
    It makes sense that No shows also would be on this report.

  6. It seems obvious to me that it should be possible to pull through all standard fields for reporting in Power BI.

    The specific field we need for our current reporting requirements is 'WorkspaceType'

  7. Currently, the 'Field Selection' fields when editing or creating reports are displayed in no apparent order. From user experience perspective, it would make more sense to sort them alphabetically by default so the required fields are easier to find.

  9. Make available in Advanced Reports - Newly provisioned users report + Date of user provisioning so the users can be filtered out based on the date they were provisioned in Condeco.

  12. Request to add 'desk type' in the basic resource report
    we are using as baseline for the utilization report
    against bookings from the usage report
    to calculate the usage % per location / resource groupn / floor

  14. Capturing all of the fields in the Location admin page so we can audit the setup of all of our locations in one report. Similar to what we have requested for Groups and Users.

  16. Our open office environment is very saturated - 100% reserved on a regular basis with a number of people who wish to but can't reserve a desk. It'd be great if we could capture the number of people who are unable to get a desk. This could help drive our real estate team to manage the allocation of seats to different depts/teams based on demand

  17. Hey,
    could you please consider adding a possibility to give a regular User the rights to start the Advanced Reports without administration rights ?
    Per design currently we can add the rights to access the Advanced Reports menu but cannot run the reports without admin rights.

  18. Ability to send an email to all people with a desk booking for the current day in the click of a button; to be able to immediately broadcast information in an emergency event without wasting time having to run a report and export in to outlook.

  19. In order to check allergens while consulting the printer-friendly version of the vendors report, chefs need to click back on the dropdown box, select allergens and link them to the right meeting, which is tedious and leaves them open to potential mistakes. Could you please add the Allergen/Intolerance/Preference information to the report so everything is captured all at once?
