  2. Option to add an image for specific set of equipment or per table that is shown when hovering over the resource on the floorplan (where is now shown table name, date, availability and equipment)

    variant A) add picture per table
    variant B) add picture for equipment combination, example
    a picture for dual monitor with webcam
    a picture for single monitor with webcam
    a picture for dual monitor without webcam
    a picture for single monitor without webcam
    and according to equipment assigned to the resource the sample image will be shown.

  5. Map or floorplan of the desks and their numbers would be helpful. Also handy if teams want to sit close to each other.

  6. Expand the find a colleague menu to view all people working from your office on a particular day, and be able to sort by department.

  8. Add breadcrumbs to the floor plan administration page similar to the desk booking interface. It's a pain to have to re-select alternate floor to get back to main floor plan on a particular floor just to configure a group.

  11. When a new Group is changed on the Quick Room Search or Find a Room page it resets the time. This is because the other Group may have different business hours. However if my existing chosen time is within the newly selected Group's business hours, it should retain my selection.

  12. Hi,
    In the old version all the pending requests used to be in bright orange and were easy to identify looking at the booking grid. Since the update, we can only identify them by a little question mark on the top left.
    Can this be changed back to how it was before?

  15. There is only an option to import cost codes, I want to delete all of them and start fresh, I have 17000 cost codes at present and to delete all of them one by one would be extremely time consuming, the option to delete and upload would be great,

  16. There should be the option to customize the dashboard slightly.
    We have multiple fields we do not need, for example 'cost centre' 'payment status'. There should be the option to hide or delete these.

  17. Condeco release notes:
    "We've added a new option to the meeting reminder on the booking form. You'll now be able to select 'just before meeting start' to get a reminder about 5 minutes before your meeting starts."

    This is a good idea however it would make more sense if the wording was "5 minutes before meeting start".
    Our End Users like everything very clear and concise.

  18. Being able to book a meeting room to conduct a meeting and have the ability to link to this main booking some other bookings.
    The idea is to have a master booking and child bookings but not necessarely at the same hour.

  19. All the Internal attendees should received email upon the arrival of external visitor.

    And, the current issue is that when receptions are moving rooms reservation, only the host and meeting requestor are receiving meeting updates.

    When a room is moved by the reception, all attendees should receive an Outlook appointment update in their calendar so they have the details about the new room reservations when opening their Outlook invitation.

  20. When making a booking in Outlook, when you enter the details into the Condeco section and add services it automatically adds a set up time. Can the system notify the user if the meeting is clashing with another due to the set up time required? At the moment you enter in all the details and when you click "Book" or "Request Now" - only then will it say that the room is unavailable. Users have to cancel or delete all their work and create another booking which again hopefully will not then clash with another meeting.
