  1. Condeco Room Screens do not have support for the Brazilian Portuguese Language.
    We have several screens running in Brazil, and the user has to understand other languages to use them. It causes mistakes during the use.

  2. The Room Screen does not have a GMT-3 for São Paulo city in Brazil or any other city in Brazil.
    We have to ask the client to use other cities available, but we have problems because each country has different daylight saving schedules.


    The Room Screen currently does not offer a GMT+3 time zone option specifically for Riyadh or any other city in Saudi Arabia.

    As a result, we are forced to ask clients to select alternate cities within the same time zone, which can cause confusion and lead to incorrect configurations or misunderstandings.

  3. we need to export the list of serial numbers from Condeco screens to uploaded into our Asset inventory.
    Is there a way to get both the Serial Number and MAC address exported to CSV from the admin portal rather than having to go to each individual screen and take it down with a barcode scanner?

  5. Align enterprise screen profile settings with Connect screen settings. We are losing some functionality when we switched over to Linux screens.

    • Only the booking creator can action on the panel using RFID
    • Restrict start meeting to host/requester is useless now
    • Restrict end meeting to host/requester is useless now

  7. Where there may be multiple devices listed under the "heartbeat not received" section on the Connect Screen Manager, it would be beneficial to have the ability to restart a group of devices rather than having to click on each device listed & restart it individually.

  8. For various reasons some customers prefer the hardware from Crestron. It would be great to run the Condeco meetin room App on their TSS scheduling panels. Since Condeco is 95% about software, the added flexibility will for sure outweigh the loss of hardware business for some customers dont wanting the condeco hardware.

    Is it possible to enable SSH / SNMP Access For Condeco Screens? I am trying to ingest these condeco screens into our hardware/device inventory management system called "Device42" and the preferred protocol is SSH/SNMP.

  10. While there exists the ability to configure a custom NTP server for screens, the configuration options are available only once a screen has progressed to the point of being activated. A prerequisite to activating a screen is to be able to connect to an NTP server. Often customers use a hotspot to activate, then configure the NTP server before connecting the screen to the customer network. Some customers are unable to use hotspots and only have access to the restricted network.

The screens are not supporting iClass Seos cards. as in the datasheet the it is mentioned as screens can detect iClass Family of cards but it is observed that not all iClass family cards are not supported specifically we need iClass Seos cards to be supported as most of the employees have these type of cards

  13. When setting up the screen profile, you can only set PIN required for End or Delete booking when Book is also set to PIN required.

    Pin required should be able to be switched off so anonymous bookings can be made on the screen by users. You should have the ability to then set PIN required for End or Delete so this prevents any user ending or deleting other users bookings.

On several occasions screens have not immediately responded to the pressing of the 'Check in' button and users have pressed it several times and accidentally pressed 'End' and immediately ended their meeting. Consider moving the 'End' button, delaying the toggle from 'Check in' to 'End' or - and probably the best option - add an 'Are you sure?' confirmation when pressing the 'End' button.

  16. Inventory and short checks are not easy to do as all devices are only having the S/N indicator as a sticker on the backside.

    It would be much easier for onsite services to get the S/N of a device without grabbing it from the wall. There should be an option to display the S/N on the device screen as e.g. most of the Android devices are doing in system info.

    The device health page should show the S/N beside the Mac Address. This would help to have an easy S/N to room mapping possible.

  18. Option to register RFID Cards without the need to setup a booking on V3 Desk Screen. Currently we are faced with having to register our users RFID Cards and only way is to book an open Personal Space, unfortunately we do not have any open Personal Spaces at the moment. It would be nice to have button option for the purpose of Registering RFID without needing to make a reservation.

  19. Hi Team,
    Currently Condeco has two source of settings defined for screens on Condeco web portal and Device hub portal which creates conflict leading to screen errors if different settings are mentioned on any of these sources.
    There should be a mechanisms to replicate setting from Device hub to Condeco web and vice versa so that settings at both portals is same and thus avoid conflict, additional efforts of updating both portals and reduce any user confusion.

  20. If room capacity is known (i.e. Exchange supports this attribute of a room mailbox) then add a feature to optionally show room capacity on screens. A small icon with capacity overlaid would suffice and not take up too much space on the screen.

    This suggestion was created in 2022 on the old UserVoice platform and had already 22 votes.
