  1. We would like to see a more granular level of 'user administration'. We would like to remove the User Permission privileges for group and location administrators. This is because user access privileges must be restricted to a very small central group of administrators in order for us to adequately control administrator access. We do still need the administrators to add users to restricted groups and to run contact tracing.

  2. We would like the option in Desk Booking for the user to allow a change to their status. Some users are sensitive to the status of "not working" and would like a status of "working", "working in office", "sick", out muliple days. Etc.

  3. Addition of individual Scrollbars for un-positioned items and Floor plan in Floor plan administration. This will help admins to find desk numbers in un-positioned items without loosing location on floor plan while scrolling entire page.

    Please note – Un-positioned items column must be frozen.

    When there are very large floor plans with very many desks it is currently awkward to locate the unpositioned desk icon and its position on the floor plan.

  4. The default wording in the self-certify popup ‘I confirm that I have read and agree to all statements above’ and ‘I do not agree to all statements above’ do not match how we want to word the statements in the popup.

  6. Would be great if the software could recognise when a desk is booked by a person for over a number of times and it pops up as a first option to that person for them to book it (so they don't always have to look for their desk everytime they want to book)

  7. We want to be able to customize the Team assignments, so that we can restrict teams to different weekly patterns, such as specific days of the week.

    For example:

    Team A : Can book only on Monday and Tuesday.
    Team B : Can book only on Wednesday and Friday
    Team C : Can book only on Friday and monday
    Team D : etc..

  8. Currently only the user who raised the private meeting can edit a private meeting title.

    Can administrators i.e. receptionist update headings.

  9. It would be good if there was setting to enable us to use the panel as a display screen only. IE we don't want users to basically use the panel, we want it to be a display of the current meeting only and would therefore not not need the green time boxes/bar that you can click on to see next meeting or future dates.

  11. There should be the possibility to add columns e.g. "Meeting Title" to the Requests view (Room Booking > Requests). This would help the administrators to prioritize meetings

  12. In order to ensure a set up is always entered or ammended in the 'set up' field on the booking page it should be mandatory to choose a set up before proceeding to the next page.

  13. To have a functionality for normal users to bulk upload visitors on the Attendees tab in booking from for uploading multiple external visitors at once. This can help clients in hosting category (like ATOS who outsource their workspace to their client to host events) with managing their workspace efficiently. As we are aware, this functionality is available to group admins or above only.

  14. The Room Booking option in the Outlook Plugin should allow searching based on Date.

    There are instances when a meeting must be held in a specific room.

    Currently, if the room is unavailable, the user must toggle back to Outlook, update date\time and search again. There must be a better approach to finding the next available date.

  15. If you have selected a freely bookable room, you only get freely bookable rooms as an alternative.

    it's the same the other way around.

    managed room in the appointment, only managed rooms appear in the selection.

    This is also limited of VC choices. You should be able to select ANY room as an alternative.
    This also includes selecting a room in a different location/floor if necessary.

  16. The number of licenses on an account / renewal date is currently not visible to customers. This is not desirable and has caused outages for us when there has been some error on adding new licenses to our account. We suggest this information should be visible on the Connect portal to assist with purchasing / licensing.

  18. Currently for managed bookings, when using the 'All' filter, a request that was approved and then updated shows the word 'New' in grey but we want it to be a different ‘new’ than the ‘new’ items that haven't been updated as these are more urgent and will stop users losing the room.

    As it is updated and was previously approved it needs to be actioned before it is missed.

    This view and filtering is of particular importance for managed and blind managed room requests. For companies with many requests in the queue with a busy estate of managed rooms this…

  19. The app uses Chrome tabs to launch the Mobile desk booking app and our request is- is there a scope of developing an app which uses Microsoft Edge browser to launch Desk and Room Booking.

    If Chrome is not installed on users mobile it will not launch as of now.

  20. When the vendor receives a new booking, he can only take charge of it (accept, on its way ...), but he can't refuse it (for exemple if the informations are wrong, if an article is temporary unavailable ...).
    Currently the administrators can refuse the booking of a room with an explanation sent by email. Can we do the same thing for catering ?
