  1. Sometimes Smart Calendar doesn't show all available rooms on a floor, even if they are available and meet the search criteria. It would be good to show every option on a floor.

  2. I would like to have the ability to customize the body and subject of the emails that go out when an action is performed in Smart Calendar. Furthermore, within these customizations I would like to be able to change the format of the date populated to be in US format depending on location.

  3. Currently the Cost Code needs to be manually entered while adding services via Web Application for meetings originating from Condeco Mobile app and Room finder.
    1. A User books a meeting room (Exchange enabled) via Room Finder or Condeco Mobile App
    2. The user receives a Deep Services email Link
    3. The user clicks on the deep services email link and adds services (catering/equipment) to that booking on the Web App
    4. The user is required to manually enter the Cost code while adding these services in the Booking Form
    5. The user doesn’t have these Cost Codes handy at…

  4. We need a way to schedule room bookings (for hospital clinics) with the following types of recurrences:

    some examples:

    First and Last Monday of every month.
    or
    2nd and 4th week of every month

    Part of the issue appears to be that only the First and Last month are present in the recurrence drop-down list.

    Whereas it should include, first, second, third, fourth, fifth, last

    These are regular patterns that consume a lot of administration time to populate without this option. It is not feasible for the teams to do this manually having discussed and experimented with the advanced features…

  6. Currently mass import is only available in Admin and only one day at a time. Suggest to make mass import of visitors available to users as they are likely to use it more than the administrators.

    The mass import should allow across multiple day instead of one day at a time.

  7. At the moment the geolocation automatic check-in functionality only works in a users default office location. With being a business that operates over 3 offices and our employees regularly visiting the other offices, to have the geolocation automatic check-in functionality work in other offices would be ideal.

  8. We have staff with personal work spaces that are always assigned to them. Currently they're configured as flexi desks with no end date which is effective for reserving the space for them. There is a gap, however, that always shows these staff as working in the office even if they haven't checked in. Further, it would be helpful if those staff could even plan out days that they don't expect to be in the office on the calendar.

    Currently if the user indicates they're working remotely it releases the flexi desk as well even if the group is configured NOT…

  9. Currently, if a Flexible desk has the cleaning vendor assigned, it is bumped straight into "Awaiting Cleaning" if . This should change to "Available" as the desk has clearly not been used, it is pointless that is changes to "Awaiting Cleaning"

  13. Option to add an image for specific set of equipment or per table that is shown when hovering over the resource on the floorplan (where is now shown table name, date, availability and equipment)

    variant A) add picture per table
    variant B) add picture for equipment combination, example
    a picture for dual monitor with webcam
    a picture for single monitor with webcam
    a picture for dual monitor without webcam

  14. A view for reception teams to see who in in the office today, across groups. Reception teams tend not to have administrator access so do not have access to reports.

    Original idea:

    It is wished by many in our office (especially the receptionists, because their task is to have the overview) that you can get a complete overview of alle booked personal spaces of all locations, groups and floors in the booking grid.   17. It would be good if the requestors name and contact number was shown.
    It is a PA who makes the booking and sometimes is the person who needs to be notified of visitor arrival.
    The PA will notify the host and others who need to know the visitors have arrived for a client meeting etc.

  19. The placement of dots on a floor plan is really tricky. Having something placed on a pixel-by-pixel basis with no snap-to-grid or other overlay makes it really time consuming to add lots of desks and get them nicely aligned. Please can you have some sort of snap-to-grid option so that placing desk icons can be quick and accurate without needing photoshop precision skills using a mouse and zoom of the browser
