  1. In order to check allergens while consulting the printer-friendly version of the vendors report, chefs need to click back on the dropdown box, select allergens and link them to the right meeting, which is tedious and leaves them open to potential mistakes. Could you please add the Allergen/Intolerance/Preference information to the report so everything is captured all at once?

  3. For the new Outlook Integration we noticed in our environment that the feature can cause issues with our MTR rooms. People forgetting to untick the Outlook option when booking on behalf of.
    Would be good to edit the global setting to Turn off the feature or untick Outlook by default

    In addition, a really amazing option would be for us to edit if certain users can see the Outlook option or not, users such a reception team or PA/EAs do not need this feature and can end up causing issues so it would be good to edit specific accounts to…

  6. Inventory and short checks are not easy to do as all devices are only having the S/N indicator as a sticker on the backside.

    It would be much easier for onsite services to get the S/N of a device without grabbing it from the wall. There should be an option to display the S/N on the device screen as e.g. most of the Android devices are doing in system info.

    The device health page should show the S/N beside the Mac Address. This would help to have an easy S/N to room mapping possible.

  7. Admin should be able to edit the number of attendees for any type of booking. Now since the deployment of the smart calendar add-in, Outlook appointment cannot be edited anymore.

  8. Admins need to be able to see who initiates team day bookings and who they are booked for. There is currently no visibility to see this information as an administrator.

  9. I have many buildings for different companies and so different admins. But I have no way to set "region" admin.
    Country and building are not enough : I need an intermediate level for cities or companies or regions for example.

  13. Hi team, we would like the ability to auto populate the URL during the registration steps for the Condeco add-in so that users do not have to type this in. This is a big request from our colleagues and it would be ideal if we can have this implemented

  14. For Nokia there is a strong need to have a separate solution for Vehicle registration & booking solution
    1. enable per employee to register the car licence plat number enabling to export for sending to the landlord to control the parking
    2. avoid using additional resource with no limitation on bookings per day what is needed and should also be handled as Parking Primary resource

  15. The addition of a custom field feature for VAT

    "Custom VAT value in Condeco Catering Services while adding the catering services"
    The default value exists(Select the VAT percentage rate from the list. Either 10, 15, 17.5, or 20, percent)
    Logically, it should be customizable. It shouldn't take the default value or commonly used values. Please take this as enhanchement.

  18. It should be basic usability of the mobile application that when location changes are made on the web version, it should synchronise to the mobile version.
    Eg. Adding/removing attributes, or locations on your environment, if they change on your web version it should be reflective on the mobile version.

    "Please be informed that I've checked this with our Engineering team, and they've informed us that this is an expected behavior for the mobile application as per design.

    Whenever a location is added/removed, the users will have to logout from the mobile application and then log back in for the changes…

  20. Receive a notification for check-in. Employees reserve a personal space (desk or office) prior to arriving in the office and they forget don't check in, thinking because they reserved the desk it is all done. Once they arrive at the office they should receive a notification telling them to check in. Geolocation settings.
