  1. It doesn't make sense to have to book check into your desk if you start work after 11am resulting in losing said desk. You should be able to enter in your start time so you don't have to find a new one once you get to the building.

  2. The fonts on the mobile app (iOS) is not set up to be fully scalable. So when a user sets a Text Size (e.g. larger text for ease of reading) some of the text no longer displays properly. The mobile app should cope with scaling and not force a user to set a text size specific for using the Condeco app.

  3. Currently when a zone/floor/desk is closed - for any desk bookings for today - the 'cancellation' email is sent immediately, but for future bookings it is sent at midnight when the email job runs. This means that for any bookings for tomorrow, the user might already be on their way to, or even arrived at, the office before they see the email.

    Can a change be made so that for bookings for today AND tomorrow (and maybe even all future bookings) - the cancellation email is sent immediately?

  4. Email templates of confirmation, cancellation, etc. should include the day of the week. For instance, "TUESDAY, November 24, 2020" (see below)

  6. We rebill our entities on centrally purchased licenses. The more locations we onboard and true-up the more it gets complicated to know how many licenses are in use for a certain location. It would be nice to assign licenses per location so we can true up where needed and make accurate recharges

  11. We would have the possibility to define, at platform level, tolerance bands regarding the proportion between smartworking days/presence on site allowed for employees (e.g. maximum 50% of smartworking days, maximum 80% of presence on site) over a time interval (e.g. week, month).

    If an employee overpass the tolerance band he should receive an alert notification directly via the mobile app.

  14. Hello,

    Is it possible to enable SSH / SNMP Access For Condeco Screens? I am trying to ingest these condeco screens into our hardware/device inventory management system called "Device42" and the preferred protocol is SSH/SNMP.

  15. Our Security guards would like to have the possibility for a future visitor announcement (someone visiting SES next week - for example) that his Badge is Printed (tickbox).

    Another possibility would be to change both buttons, Collected / Break with a "Badge printed".

  16. Typically when a user taps their card in/out the colour changes.

    We would like a message or icon (such as a sand timer) on the screen after a user touches their card on the desk to make it obvious to the user that it is in a loading stage

    This would help those with colour blindness.

  17. Limit the rooms available based on the number of attendees and if we can work with a % variation either way.
    Ideally if I book a meeting for 10 people it should only show me rooms for 5 - 15 people and no other rooms.
    We are seeing that people are booking 25 seater room for only 5 people of which is impacting other areas requiring the big rooms.

  18. The Time Out value needs to be removed from the Vendor Dashboard as monitoring this from a Video Wall, seeing a pop up every 5 mins asking to log back defeats the object of this purpose!

  20. I would like the ability to download an Outlook Calendar item (i.e. an ICS file) from the booking form so that it will be easy to get the booking details into our Outlook calendar.

    There is an ICS attachment feature but it is only available to the host, requestor and attendees.

    If a receptionist wants to add the booking onto Outlook they have to create new meetings in their calendar.
