  1. If room capacity is known (i.e. Exchange supports this attribute of a room mailbox) then add a feature to optionally show room capacity on screens. A small icon with capacity overlaid would suffice and not take up too much space on the screen.

    This suggestion was created in 2022 on the old UserVoice platform and had already 22 votes.

  2. Allow Team booking for Hourly Personal Spaces. Currently this feature is only available for all day personal space bookings. We like the functionality of hourly booking and have migrated our spaces to this but do not have the Team booking functionality.

  3. Our web application is set to only have meetings of 30 min increments - however on the room screens, the option for 15 min meeting increments show up - we have been told that there is no way to remove the 15 min button from the screens - this is confusing for the user experience because when 15 mins is shown on the screen, the screen only books 30 min increments. Please allow us to delete the 15 min option from the room screens!!!!

  4. I would like to request the inclusion of vendor services functionality in the Eptura Outlook Add-in, comparable to what is currently available in the web application when submitting a new reservation. Specifically, features such as Attendees, Food Service, and Equipment should be supported within the Outlook Add-in to ensure a consistent and comprehensive booking experience across platforms.

  5. I would like to formally request the implementation of email notifications for booking creation, Modification and deletion events performed via the Engage Outlook Add-in. This functionality is currently available and working as expected within the Enterprise platform for managing meetings. However, it is not presently supported in the Outlook Add-in due to the existing system design. Aligning the Outlook Add-in with Enterprise in this regard would enhance consistency and improve user experience.

  7. Please note that catering service costs cannot be individually hidden at this time due to current system design. All catering details—including itemized costs and totals—are included by default in the booking email.We kindly request that the ability to hide or customize catering costs in the email notifications be considered for future development, as this functionality would support more flexible and user-specific communication needs.

  8. Currently, only 12 ACS solutions are supported to enable the ACS automated check-in, and this is too limited. Some other popular ACS solutions used in the APAC market are Integriti and Siemens SiPass. The former is hugely popular in Australia, with many councils having this as their system of choice. Please consider having a direct integration for Condeco with these two systems.

  9. Our groups represent different departments, therefore only Facilities staff can book desks assigned to the facilities group.

    We should be able to assign a resource to multiple groups, whereby allowing staff from 3 different departments access to book those desks.

    Is there a way of managing the access that I have misunderstood?

  10. When a user searches for a specific date or date range via the floor plan map within personal spaces, the date selected does not show up on the page when viewing the floor plan map. It would be helpful to see the date listed in this view.

  12. Companies have shifted from using employee IDs for identity and user management in systems to using email IDs. This causes challenges with integrated reporting, as name changes can lead to email ID changes, thus losing the ability to track history in operational reports. Additionally, textual data linking can face challenges in the case of special characters. Adding employee ID to the SCIM integration as an optional attribute will ease integrated reporting.

  13. Currently Condeco is not providing an option to Active/inactive catering items in bulk and rather catering admins have to click on "Active" check box for each item one by one.
    We have a requirement where catering Admins should get an option to bulk active/inactive catering items which would save them with lot of time and make application more user friendly.

  15. Please take away this option for staff to make themselves anonymous (or make it only accessible by admins): "allow colleagues to see own status and personal workspace locations". Too many staff are showing as anonymous and there is no way to disable this for everyone without going through our 2800 users profiles individually. There is nothing to stop them from turning it back on.

  16. Search function in Cost Codes. Rather than scanning page by page manually, introduce the ability to SEARCH for a cost code to see if it's in the system already or needs to be added.

  17. If a person with a fixed desk books a different desk, e. g. because they have to work in another building on one day, but changes their mind because, for example, the appointment in the other building is canceled, their originally assigned desk remains bookable and is not reassigned to them. That means, if the desk booking is deleted again, the employee will have no desk at all, even if no booking has been made for the temporarily bookable desk. This has happened frequently. Can this be adjusted?

  18. Ability to see all registered RFID's of a user, this will enable us to see if there is more than one in any user profile. At the moment you can only de-register cards but you cannot see what the number is or if the user has more than one.

  19. When we are trying to calculate total "events" for the year, our numbers are thrown off because Condeco counts each linked meeting space as an individual space and we need any bookings with a linked meeting space to be counted as one single booking
