Booking History
It would be helpful to see booking history (i.e. last financial year) in "your bookings" section. In Australia, its possible to claim personal tax deductions for days working from home. Hence, keeping these records would help substantiate these calculations

auto-refresh of the Condeco mobile application
Today the mobile application doesn't auto-refresh so users are missing their check-in and don't have accurate details about their booking for the day.

Mobile app grey scale
The results list when viewing desks booked for a colleague or future bookings is all grey scale. This makes it difficult to quickly identify days, or bookings - is if possible to add some color to this or look at the design to make this more visible rather than the all grey view as it is.

Deep linking to pull up the mobile apps
Rogers Communication would like the ability to use a campus app. When the end user is in the campus app and selects book a desk, they would like for the Desk App to be opened.
This allows users to only have to worry about using the campus app and not the 10 plus apps used by the client.

Allow delivery requests over multiple days
Allow delivery requests over multiple days, atm you can only book items for one day.
If you want to book an article for more than one day (without booking a room), you have to do a separate booking every day (so f.e. 10 days = 10 separate bookings)

Give the ability to make anonymous on screen bookings and restrict End or Delete to PIN only
When setting up the screen profile, you can only set PIN required for End or Delete booking when Book is also set to PIN required.
Pin required should be able to be switched off so anonymous bookings can be made on the screen by users. You should have the ability to then set PIN required for End or Delete so this prevents any user ending or deleting other users bookings.

Add an overview for special deliveries with the available amount left of items
Add an overview for delivery request where we can see in total what kind of equipment or supplies are available right now (i.e. the total available amount of items and the amount which is left).
We are looking for an overview list which shows the storage contents, what/where the rented items are at the moment

Send booking OR cancellation emails when made via API
Configure Engage for sending emails for bookings or cancellations made via API.
The engineering team has confirmed that currently the booking confirmation emails are not triggered when the booking is created through the admin API.

Feedback from customer:
Language translation (German) not accurate. for example: "Booking Grid" > is translated into "Overview".
Also the office/remote availabilty view does not reflect the availabililty properly when a fixed desk is released.
They have tio adjust each manually.

Ability to add multiple vendors for one article
Want to have multiple vendors assigned to one article, for example we have multiple vendors working in the same building who can all deliver pretzels or coffee at the same price. vendors will decide between themselves which one will fulfil the order based on their capacity.

Vendor team requests the need-to-know granular details of the amendments being done on a past/upcoming booking so as to charge back to cost-centers correctly.
