  1. We need to be able to customise the details presented in the 'Add services to your booking' email.
    We need to decide what services should be shown and/or the pricing associated with the items.
    We also want the option to disable this email for some groups of rooms.

  3. Currently a catch 22, conundrum exists in the app for new SSO users. They are required to select default Location, Group and Floor, but if the Resource Group is not open (Make Booking), then the group will not be displayed for the new user to select. The Location/Resource group admin can't add users to the resource group until the user exists. Our only option is to create a default location/group and floor for users so they can use it and then tell users to switch once they have been added to a Resource group. But that would cause issues if…

  4. When a site (like ours) is SSO, non-global admins should not be allowed to "Create User" since those are added as local users and not SSO users creating much confusion. Location and Group admins need ability to "Manage Users" since this is how users get more priv to Resource Groups, but having the button there is too temping for our Location and Resource admins when they don't find the person who needs to be added to their Resource group, then when the users logs in with SSO, they still don't have access to the resource group since their account (even…

  5. When a Location Admin defines a new location and inputs a "FloorAlt.name" the "FloorAlt.name" should be used everywhere in the application and the only thing the original (default) floor number should be used for is order. It's very confusing to admin & users when they see "5 (7)" in the display which happens when the building contains several mezzanines below floor 5. The default numbers are good if a given floor doesn't have "FloorAlt.name"

  7. Ceondeoc accepts a meeting booking where available in the system issuing a conformation. Then, checks the exchange with outlook (or other) and issues a cancelation if there is another non synced booking or hidden reoccurrence.

    Condeco system should check this prior to sending the acceptance to prevent confusion for host & attendees.

  8. Hi, is there a way to make all the "smart" things that Condeco does for me inactive??
    I have a meeting from 13.30 to 14.00 ... I want to make it 13.00 to 14.00 .. I change it to start at 13.00 ... and even if I don't touch the end date ... the system decides by itself to change the ending time to 13.30 ... and as a result of that I get the wrong booking.

  11. Get the Book option either before or after the meeting room so that it makes easy to see the meeting room number whilst we scroll towards right, currently it is difficult when the list of rooms are high and you need to move the screen to dead right of the screen

  13. This will allow an external system to use the API to see which desks are canceled at a given date/time. In our scenario it will help to manage parking space (via desk booking) and have proper billing via thirs party application.

  14. Client has disabled "changes to booking" e-mail notification as meetings are moved a lot.

    They only want booking change confirmation to be sent to requestor when booking date/time changes, not for room changes.

    Thank you for raising this idea to us. Being able to select which specific booking updates trigger emails is not something that is part of our roadmap however we will let you know if this changes in the future.

  16. Can I please get a notification when a specific room is booked? I need to know so that we can arrange the room in the correct seating arrangement.

  17. On spot booking !! i.e. you go to the floor where you want to sit and you have the smart tab/ Touch Tv (showing Floor Plan) in reception that will show available seats and you book on spot. If I am moving to another floor you can go the respective floor and book (which will cancel the booking that you have made already)

    This is helpful for people who wish to do on spot booking (Like getting tickets directly from the counter)

  18. It would be good if we could remove the "Reject" booking button on the Request page.
    We don't want admins using reject as policy is they suggest alternative solutions.

  19. I recognize that Exchange doesn't recognize setup/cleandown times, but if the Condeco database respected them and appended the time in Condeco, then the room would be "in use" when other people tried to book it - I need equal functionality for Outlook users as web.

  20. An ability to automate the production and distribution favorite colleagues and spaces reports
    As a user, I would like a report/dashboard to forecast the availability of collaboration spaces within the company for a period of time (day, week, month or quarter)
