    If a booking is under 1 hour, dont include clean down time
    if a booking is over X hours, include clean down time

    similar options for Setup Time

    currently we only have a default time for each which auto applies when making bookings.

  2. A Separate Day before Reminder email generated from the system with control from the email templates to create an informative message to ask a colleague are you still attending site, if not cancel your booking by clicking here.

    ICS is fine but is easy to Dismiss and an Email would mean the colleague would need to deal with it one way or another more so than just "Dismiss"

  3. Currently unable to prevent double bookings if users are booking meeting spaces both via Condeco web application and Outlook calendar. Admins require access to both so unable to switch off functionality to view only on web portal.

  4. We'd like to have the option to share the meeting room booking grid with end Users but with meetings booked by others showing as a grey block with no booking details in them. The reason for this anonymisation of bookings is to stop users contacting and pressurising bookers to give up their meeting spaces, which can happen in large organisations. Admins should be able to see the full grid, with booking details

  5. On book for a Teams Day, if a colleague is invited to multiple desks on the same day (for example: Friendship group, Team Group, Leadership and Event) When the colleague accepts one booking it should then decline the others.

    There appears to be no link-up or the system to realise that the use now has a desk that day and will not need to have 3 others.

  6. When users press the Start Meeting button on the screens, allow a customised notice to appear on the screen for 20 seconds at that time. We want to remind meeting rooms users to keep meeting rooms clean, tidy and free of litter.

  7. Global admins to make multiple desk bookings without any restrictions.

    There should be setting to allow Global admin to book multiple spaces in the same Group without affecting other users and permission level.

  8. When viewing the floor plan, automatically show workstations that have been booked and display the photo...if available of the individuals that's booked it instead of having to search and then click on the workstation to see this data.

  9. Outlook appointments update from 'PROVISIONAL' state without requiring a second email to attendees. I have found that once a booking request is approved, we need to send another email out to all attendees on the Outlook appointment - spamming them unnecessarily.

  10. We aim to simplify the process of booking linked rooms for users. Suppose we have two rooms, lon 8 and lon 9, which can also function as a single room. Currently, users must view the grid and then enter one of the rooms to link them. We want to automate this process.

  12. Dear CONDECO,

    Below are the requirements:-

    1. Required:- We need Desks Booked and Desks Available from one table/API Itself as unable to join the different tables as lack of unique ID/Column, Current:- We have 2 different tables for each without any Unique ID/Column to join the both tables.
    2. Required:- We need to apply the filters before extracting the data from condeco especially date and country filters. Current:- We need to extract full data then will apply the filters.
    3. Required:- We need to refresh the Condeco table data as faster. Current:- Its taking at least 7-8 Hours to refresh the data.

  14. Ability to sort spaces (Desks and Meeting rooms) alphanumerically

    Condeco currently doesn’t sort the spaces (Rooms and Personal spaces) in Alphanumeric sequence and we would like the option to see the spaces (Rooms and Personal spaces) sorted alphanumerically at all places in the Condeco Application like Book a Meeting Space, Booking Grid, Advanced Grid for Meeting Spaces and Book a Personal Space, Booking Grid for Personal Spaces and also across interfaces like Outlook Add-in, Mobile app. Etc

    1. The personal spaces can only be close for a period of time. For example, From Date 1 to Date 2.

    2. If we add a closing period for one day, the resource will automatically open after the day. However, to schedule the next closure, we'd have to set another closure period Date 3 & Date 4.

    3. Its not possible to set multiple closure periods as per the current system design.

    4. If we set a new closure period for the resource, the older closure period will be overwritten.

  15. If the booking window is set to 4 months then admin (eg PAs) can book outside this for say the following year to book board meetings etc. This is possible in the App so need Outlook to understand the admin rights.

  16. It would be great to enable the quick search also in the mobile App. Given limited ressources, currently users have to click through the plans to see open personal spaces for booking. It would be easier to change the whole location for open spaces that can be booked in the selected timeslot/day.

  17. The search result of Find a Colleague, mobile app user search and the User Management is not the same, in case the user name contains location-specific extra characters a lot of users are missing from the Find a Colleague page.
    The same issue happens in the mobile app when you try to add a colleague to your team: only the users appear, whom name does not contain special characters.
    Example in Hungarian language ==> István Biró
