  1. In the UK anytime someone changes desk they are required to complete a Display Screen Equipment (DSE) form. To help with compliance, any desk designated as a hot desk should have the option to allow a tick box which says the person booking has undertaken the DSE assement. This could then be reported on.

  2. Currently we are encouraging all users to book via the PC Outlook application where the Condeco Add-in can be used.
    It would be good if the Add-in was also added to the iOS & Android Mobile versions of the Outlook APP

  3. I would like the Additional Information field which can be edited in Resources to be a field you can add into your Email Templates. Please.

  4. Skipton house desk numbers do not match the desk layout. Can this be fixed. Also I have to hot desk as someone is occupying the desk I booked. Is there a way to highlight hot desks available and people are guided to them who have arrived without booking the desk

  5. Please see the link below from Zoom's product roadmap from April 2022. Zoom is coming out with features where folks can use their phone to temporarily connect to an office phone (someone else's with their permission, or a communal phone). Part of it is to show a location on a floor map. I checked Condeco's configuration guide and product roadmap and did not find anything on this topic.

  6. Be able to input in advance off-work (holiday etc.) days. Dream/the sky is the limit: sync with attendance app such as MyProtime.

  7. Currently in Condeco, the option to send or not send e-mail enabled notifications for a specific request is only available to location admins, and only with certain actions. We want such functionality to be opened to all user roles for all actions.

  8. When employees update their status on the app they have the following options;

    Book a space
    I’m not working
    Working remotely

    Is it possible to add an additional option for employees to select. Such as ‘Offsite/Other location? (a location not included in Condeco)

    This will then support reporting where companies are using a hybrid working approach and want to understand if the hybrid approach is working. How employees split their time from onsite/offsite

  9. When i search for a desk in the future in one location and there is none I will search in another location; so don't revert the search date to today.

  10. Currently, if a user makes a nominal change (i.e. one that does not affect room availability, e.g. simple meeting title change), the request goes back to 'Pending' status and triggers e-mails as if it is a new request. The location admin then has to confirm it, which then triggers e-mails as if it was newly-confirmed. This is causing a lot of confusion to our users.

    IDEA - The system should only change a confirmed request back to 'Pending' status if a fields that would affect a room's availability are changed. These would be:
    -- Date (begin or end)
    -- Time…

  12. We have 4 Telephone Conference Lines and a Dozen Zoom licenses we share across the organization. We want the ability to book these but not have it attached to a single location since these are 'virtual' rooms. I am able to create a Workspace type such as Telephone Conference Line and a Group called Telephone Conference Line.. Then I create each resouce Line 1, Line 2 etc...However, these should not need to be location specific since the lines are virtual. Same with Zoom Rooms.

  13. Have the floor plan available on the left where we can change the day/floor to see where colleagues are sitting. Much quicker than searching all the time.

  14. Condeco currently have API that requires authentication with OAuth 2 password grant type. Unfortunately, it is not aligned with Westpac Digital Platform (WDP) standards, as “PASSWORD” is not a supported grant type, and it is not secure (basic authorization which is passed in HTTP header). The requirement for Westpac is for Condeco to accept “Client Credentials” as the Grant Type.

    Due to this legacy grant type, Westpac have been advised by our Security architecture to get Condeco to uplift the grant type to accept “Client credentials”. This issue impacts the following API functions.

  15. When booking maximum is reached, if a user attempts to book from the Today page, the error message indicates no bookings available when it should say the user has reached maximum number of bookings available.

    The user is stuck and will continue to look for spaces based on the current message which is a bad user experience

  16. Attributes for rooms and desks cannot be ordered in a customized way. It is always alphanumerical.
    It shall be possible for the admin to cluster/sort the order of attributes manually.

  17. In case a functionality is not being used (e.g. desk cleaning), it shall be possible to deactivate or hide the respective icon in floorplan legend.

    It is confusing for the user, when desk cleaning is not being used but the "awaiting cleaning" icon is shown on the floorplan.

  19. Allow an authorised user (assigned to restricted group ABC) to book a space in the restricted group ABC for another user who is not assigned to this restricted group ABC.

  20. We have a lot of groups and we would like to see who is responsible for the group or who is the owner of the group.

    It would be nice to have additional field in the group settings menu indicating the people who are responsible for the group and allowed to change the settings.
