  2. The layout on the desk panels would be better if the room number and name appear a bit bigger? I think the clock that is shown could be removed.

  3. new feature request -
    The revised feature request should be as follows: To move # day of the week reoccurring functionality from advanced, into monthly reoccurring, and to add 2nd or 3rd (of the week) as options for the scheduling. Currently it only offers 1st and last which leaves middle two weeks of each month as unbookable via reoccurring monthly meeting bookings.

  4. Allow users to create 'favourites' list, where they can add their colleagues/managers and have a notification system when a desk is booked by anyone in the favourites list.

  5. There is no option to check in the desk, for those who are connecting via laptop the desk gets bumped at 11. We should have an option to check in manually

  9. Condeco is not using any automated process to provision users. Users either take the path of self-registration with SSO or a bulk CSV upload is done for this client to onboard new users. Condeco did an automation with Clops which does this update however due to caching issues this is not a successful solution to us. In order to mitigate this, Condeco was looking to explore the options available on our Admin API(APIM) endpoint for users however the attribute is not present on current build of admin API.

  10. At the moment we are faced with the situation, that we have meeting spaces that are personal spaces as well.
    In detail:
    In the daily business, it is possible to book each individual desk in a room.
    In addition to that, it is possible to book the whole room as a meeting room so that the individual desks are no longer available during this time period.
    I would highly appreciate to have this option in condeco.

  13. Right now, it is not possible to get datapoint around where the Personal Space has been booked from (Mobile, Web, Outlook Add-In, or Physical Hardware). Looking at adding this into the data source so that it is made available for extraction via API call.

  17. This is in reference to my ticket # 00042864. Condeco does not currently allow the same vendor to be entered for different countries. Similarly, you cannot enter the same contact to different vendors.

    Regarding a vendor shared across countries, we have one firmwide A/V team. Currently, they have to log into the A/V vendor by country. We need them to monitor their activities in just one location.

    Similarly, we have catering, equipment, supplies vendors by office. Some of our contacts support multiple offices. Condeco currently requires that contact to have multiple different logins for each vendor. We need the ability…
