Check in notification 24 hours in advance
I would like have the ability to check in notification to come through one working day before , We would like an opportunity to set the day in the application setup.

Same Funcionalities accross Platforms
We have noticed that some functionalities available on the WebPortal are not available on Mobile App and/or Outlook add-in.
Example: Booking Desks for external person is available on the webportal only or Outlook add-in doesn't have the possibility to search room with more than one setup available etc.
Would it be possible to do an effort to equalise functionalities across platforms? As it is causing limitations to use handful features.1 vote -
Need to have DNS2 field in Condeco Room V2 Screen Static IP network configuration page
Integrating DNS2 can provide several advantages, such as redundancy. a DNS2 as our backup. If one is unreachable, the other automatically steps in to answer queries. That way, Condeco Room V2 screen is always accessible.

Grid - Increase column width with all information of "To"
In our company, we find that the "To" visibility is limited. Especially, when we have meetings booked for several days. We'd like to see the date and hour in the "To" column so when there's events for several days we can see when it finishes and we ensure that the booking is well done.

Colour of available desks when already booked
The new update shows all desks in grey if you have a desk already booked so you can't double book. However many of our users book for others and it would be extremely useful if desks available for others were shown in a different colour.
For example:
Show an available desk as green if you personally haven't booked a desk for that day.
Show an available desk as amber if you personally have a desk booked but there are available desks of which your colleagues can be booked into that day.

Request button should show as 'Book' for admins in Outlook add-in
Rooms in managed groups can be booked directly by admins but in Condeco Add-In in Outlook the button is always "Request", for all levels of admins. The Request will then get approved automatically, however this causes confusions and the admins think they have to request and action their own requests. Please make the button relfect the admin level and show "Book" instead of "Request". Thank you!

change auto cancellation date for a closed resource
Bookings created under a resource that is closed are cancelled when the scheduler runs on the day before a booking. This also sends a cancellation email. Sending a cancellation a day before is not enough time to look for another resource.

Meeting Room Screen - OAuth Timeout
The meeting room screens lose their OAuth registration after only 3599 seconds (1hr) - This is way too short of a time.
This timeline needs to be extended to 24hrs.
There also needs to be a way to re-auth the devices without needing to sign in via MSFT for each device.
If an entire building loses connectivity due to an outage for more than 1hr, and there are 50-100+ screens, the impact of needing each screen to be touched individually either in person or remotely, is not realistic or feasible. This definitely needs addressing as this just happened to us…1 vote -

Allow Authenticated Users to End Bookings Made by Others
The ability for anyone to end a booking with authentication. Currently cloud only allows the person that made the booking to end a booking at the sign. If that person does not show up and auto bump is not turned on then the reservation can not be ended unless you get the reservation team involved.

Maximum slots per Day
Current functionality only allows to set a maximum of slots per week or month. Suggest adding the ability to set a maximum of slots per day. Users are currently only coming to the office once but are booking multiple desks on the same day for their colleagues

Set Default Country and Region on Multi-Office Bookings
When selecting other rooms for multi-office bookings, you need to manually select the country and region. It would make it more usable if these could be set as a default either on a user or other basis.

Limit resources
It should be possible to limit and delimit resources over time. Example 1: We opened a new team space at the end of 2023 and added 1 room with 3 desks from another team space to this new team space. If I now analyse last year's booking data, these 3 desks have already been assigned to this new team space for the entire last year, even though this team space did not even exist until November 2023. It must be possible to say: In the period 01.01.2023-30.11.2023, the desks belong to team area x. From 01.12.2023, the desks belong to…

Outlook 12-hour Time Display
In the Outlook plug-in, we would like the option to select 12-hour time. At the moment, it is automatically set to 24-hour time.
