Allow GetUsers / GetAllUsers to filter by ResourceName / Username
Currently the API for UsersGetAllUsersV1 only allows for obtaining CondecoID for user based on email address. Since a Condeco user's email address is editable via their profile page, it is not a suitable field to be used to map to Condeco ID. Existing we are using SCIM to sync new user accounts from ActiveDirectory to Condeco. It would be better to obtain CondecoID via ResourceName / Condeco Username using this API.
Hence, can there be a /api/V1/users?resourceName=<user's condeco username>, so we can retrieve the user's Condeco UserID which is used for all other subsequent API calls like CreateMeeting…

AV Services notes going into its on section when pulling reports
Right now it seems like putting notes on the av services tab shows up in reports under catering notes. This can be a little confusing with our AV team and catering team are pulling reports and the notes are not in places it should be.
My idea/suggestion is for each tab that has notes also have its own spot you can select or unselect to show up when pulling reports.

Visitor email template should have the field Company available
When receiving email of visitor arrival, only the name is not enough to identify, specially if it is a supplier. We have to constantly ring reception to ask who has arrived.

Improve "booking grid" for a better overview of who else is in the office
It would be super useful to be able to see who is in the office on the same day as I am. Currently, I can partly do it under "booking grid" but just for my location I need to manually open and scroll down 8 different groups... not efficient at all :-(

Date view
From the "book a personal space" window you should be able to toggle to the next date or have a drop down calendar so you don't need to go back and forth to see what desks are available or where colleagues are sitting.

Floor Plan calander
Have the calendar (currently in the profile section) sitting on the home page to be able to add your not working days, offsite days straight from there. It would also be useful if we could just book our desks straight from there by clicking the relevant date and it takes us straight to the floorplan.

Add map to top menu & label desks
Please make it possible to access the map of the floor (including) desk #s due to two things:
1- the names aren't connected to location.
2- the desks are poorly labelled (if at all).So there are a few gaps: 1- I forget which desk I booked. I have to login at a desk, and then click several times in Condeco to find the page with the map and has the numbers listed.
2- I go to book a desk. Help for non-day workers
Make the app/booking system more applicable for those working unsociable hours. Should someone beginning a shift at 9.30pm, ending at 6.30am book the same desk twice? When checking in on condeco, should we check in for two days? how would we go about releasing the desk once leaving?!
