  2. With the advent of Covid-19 and extensive work from home, the need to know who has really attendant a in person is required. Would it be possible to enable multiple tapping their RFID card to a panel to track meeting attendance. This RAW data should be added to the Condeco data lake/ Azure tables. This would make it possible for administrators to track actual attendance vs scheduled attendance. As a follow up possibility, would it be possible to extent the V2 panel display to show a list of attendees base on the meeting invites. Once the user has been “tapped”…

  3. Please add another drop down on left for Conference Room Booking. A faster way to view all of the Conference rooms in the building with the floor plan of just conference rooms, Name of the Conference Room, capacity and technology, i.e. Projector vs. Video Conference, etc.

  6. Hi. I created FI - Video Konferenz Technik as a vendor. (In House) - Vendor must be informed by email 4 days in advance in case a Video Conferenze takes place to assist the same. It does not makes sense to informe Vendor more than 4 days in advance in case of delays, changes or other reasons. But vendor receives still booking confirmations when conferences are booked. may be 6 monthes earlier, as this makes no sense at all. How can we avoid that? Vendor should only receive Vendor notifications 4 or 5 days before a meeting with service Equipment…

  7. Liebes Conedoco Team,

    ich/wir, hätten Ihnen 2 Verbesserungsvorschläge im Bereich "Besucher" zu machen.
    1. es wäre sehr praktisch wenn man mit dem Cursor auf eine Zeile geht, diese sich dann farblich abhebt. Insbesondere dann, wenn viel los ist und man einen Gast ein, oder auschecken möchte findet man die Zeile leichter!
    2. wäre es sehr schön beim einpflegen eines Handwerkers die Möglichkeit zu haben das später bei der Übersichtsmaske auch der Name der Firma zu ersehen ist, und zwar da wo zur Zeit immer N/A steht!

  8. It should be possible to distinguish between desks in different groups on floorplans. For example, "Private" and "Self-Managed" desks should be shown on the same floorplans with different legends.

  9. Admins need a way of extracting a report of the status (closed or open) of the desks on a floor. The current facility on the screen for reporting the status is not user friendly when there are thousands of desks on a floor.

  10. A common scenario in a multi country organisation is that users from completely different countries and/or regions will have meetings including local people (In their office) and remote people (In their 'other' office) connected by a Video Conference system such as Teams/Zoom.

    When running a contact trace against someone in Region "X" it makes no sense to pickup someone working in Region "Y" and in larger meetings this can be entirely counter productive.

    A change in logic would need to be applied to achieve this and hopefully some pseudo code and expected results makes this clearer.

    1. Booking cancellation from the desk device does not work properly.
    2. Half day booking and cancellation doesn't work.

    I came on site and tapped my card on the Condeco desk device to book a desk for a whole day.
    Then I realised that the docking station was broken.
    I tapped my card on the Condeco desk device to cancel my booking but it only provided an option to cancel for the morning.
    I could then not book another desk for the whole day; I could only book a new desk for half a day (because the old broken desk still had…

  14. Team, is it possible to have a taskbar icon or similar that would pop-up when a user first logs in to their pc? This would prompt the user to check in to their desk. And ideally it would be an easy, one-click, "I'm here" type of action.

  15. Most of our users will need to book same desk every time. It would be really really handy if next to the [Book] button one can find a direct bookmarkable link that if clicked sometime in the future would book that desk for current day.

  17. Currently there is no way to specify requestor when creating visitor using the API.
    After visitor is being created, a random user is assigned as the requestor, which does not make sense.

  19. Please change the message received by the users while two or more of them are trying to book a desk simultaneously. When the desk is booked by the fastest user, the others receive a message that sounds confusing, as it`s said that they already have a reservation for the same date, which is not true.
