Additional status for Fixed desk resource
We would like to suggest the addition of another status to the Condeco Desks fixed desk resource. Fixed desks in Condeco Desks can be assigned to a specific individual, however the only two statuses currently assigned to that seat type are:
• Grey – fixed to the individual who the seat is assigned to, however this does not indicate if the space is being utilised by the respective individual.
• Green – released by the assigned owner of the seat.We recommend introducing another status which will let the user highlight when they plan to be in the office using…

Same day desk availability review
Can't review desk availability on a day where you already have a booking (ie can't see what's available if you want to change your desk) without cancelling your original booking.

Condeco to segregate Delivery Point Groups from the other Groups in interface API
At present, there is a need to presync delivery groups even though the delivery groups don’t come from Planon. With this request, the APIs will not touch delivery groups when they make any edits in the room hierarchy thus eliminating the need for presyncing delivery groups.

Date Changing
When changing locations can we make it so we don't have to change the date too and it keeps the previous one? Eg. Booking a desk then changing to carpark the date moves back to today.

At a glance colleague locate (map)
Let me nominate a group of colleagues. Highlight their seats a different colour (e.g. orange) on the map when they're booked or checked in.
This would let me glance at the map, look for the orange dots and book a seat near them.

Improving ease of viewing Floor Plan
Enable View on Floorplan for Room Bookings (as there currently is for Desk Bookings).

Today page clickable seating map
It would be useful on the 'Today' page to be able to view the full seating map and click on seats to find out who has booked them (rather than searching for individual users).

Allow us to click on our reservations and see where on the map our seats are located after booking. I cannot find my desk and not every desk on site has a paper label.

Retry or Queuing logic to handle events when the notification URL is unavailable
There are times where the application hosting the notificationURL for a listener event goes down. Today the event logic fires a message to the notificationURL and does not check that the system received the message. To avoid missing events, it would be great if there was a failsafe mechanism that takes advantage of retrying and/or queuing the events in the event that the notificationURL does not respond to events sent to it.
