We have just started using Desk booking and would love the mobile app - IF there was the ability to search for a desk in ALL floors or ALL groups.
Imagine your visiting from another office, and you dont belong to a department in that office, wouldnt you just be happy with a desk anywhere? As a user id also be frustrated if i checked 1 group, then another, and another, and another...and still couldnt find a free desk. The current set-up only allows us to print a tiny single print, which requires the purchase of additional accessories. Corsham - Meeting notification 15 mins prior
Currently the system provides a meeting notification 5 minutes before the meeting. There is a requirement that this be extend to 15 minutes prior to meeting start. Given the size of the building this will allow the host to make their way to the meeting room.

A customer is requesting that for admins with access to reporting within the condeco application that their access to report on user info should be limited to the admins permissions. For example: A location admin should only see users associated with the location assigned to the admin)

Eine Einstellung, die die Buchung von Desks in einer anderen vorher definierten Business-Group als der eigenen erlaubt, allerdings nur dann, wenn alle Desks in der eigenen Business-Group ausgebucht sind.
Einstellung, die es erlaubt, einen Desk nur dann zu sperren, wenn der direkt daneben liegende Desk auch tatsächlich gebucht ist. Momentan muss man gesperrte Desks vorher starr festlegen.
