  1. Allowing me to search (for example) for the department “Information Systems” to see where any of my colleagues have booked in the building (and then book a desk near to them). Currently I would have to repeatedly search by individual name.

  3. When requesting a room the system does not give notification that there are no rooms available. Request is put straight to Waitlist.
    Bookers are not notified at the time of booking that there are no rooms available, which is a concern especially around large rooms. As the request then comes through to the Waitlist it is not clear whether it is a new request or one that has previously been added by the Reservations team manually.

  4. We are looking for customizable intake forms that allow them to:
    - Require custom fields added to the form
    - Customize the form based on given locations

  5. It would be great if when an employee goes to reserve a desk, but there are none available for that day, they can add themselves to a waitlist to be notified if a cancellation happens or a space otherwise opens up.

  6. If a user has booked a desk for a certain day/period, the system should automatically submit a message on the respective day that the user has booked the desk and is now asked to check in, otherwise the booking will expire and the desk becomes available.

  8. Currently, when you have multiple countries in your tenant, you need to select the country and location before being able to see the settings in the admin centre. Please allow a default location so it auto-populates the location. This would save significant time in finding where a specific setting is located.

  9. Refreshing data from the current PowerBI Desk Booking template takes more than 5-6 hours because of the sheer amount of data in our global company Booking azure table.
    Suggestion to improve performance would be to have a separate Azure table/view pre-filtered with Desk bookings data only to be pointed to the PowerBI Desk Booking template - There could be a separate PowerBI template for Room bookings only.

  11. If you click 'Search' on the quick desk search on the today page, the list of desks is not sorted correctly as is the case in the rest of the system. Instead of the numbers being listed '1,2,3,4,5 etc' they are listed '1,10,11.....19,2,29,3' This makes it harder to find the required desk.

  12. Upon making a desk booking, instead of getting a confirmation email, could we get a note in our calendar on the day(s) of the booking i.e. for instance maybe a reminder at 7.30am 'you are booked in desk number XX'

  14. User Story
    As an event organizer, I would like to request available services that correspond to available linked rooms, even if the services are available only in a single room that has been linked, once linked those services should be available to the linked event and available quantities should be accounted for so that I can take advantage of the services available in the space my event will be using.

    For Example
    There are 2 Room resources that are linked. The one room M1 offers sandwiches, the other room M2 offers coffee
    When an event organizer is selecting the event…

  15. The Condeco Vendor Portal and Condeco’s Connect portals do not have 2FA. Organizations are looking for 2FA as a secure way of authenticating their users using these portals.

  18. Current API endpoints are not useful for data analytics purposes. For example /api/v1/deskBookings requires either deskId or userId

    So to get all desk bookings per day in order to analyse who is booking desks where, you have to write a process to get all deskids and then loop through them one by one, appending the results.

    It would be better to have endpoint which provides all desk bookings, with optional parameters as filters.

    This feedback would apply to pretty much every GET endpoint in the API

  20. we have an option to put a vendor as inactive when the user as left the business. an option to delete that vendor would be great
