    We already have several Insights dashboards that help admins monitor SVLive health. These reports can be scheduled or triggered when a certain condition is met. Please see the Knowledge Center article:

  2. Allow a user-customizable option to set when auto-logoff occurs. I don't know what it is currently, but feels way too short. Ideally, I'd like to see something from 1-8 hours, in hourly increments.

  3. As an Occupancy Planner, I want to add the total number of headcount for a team so that when I update the sharing ratio for a flexible team, the number of workpoints recalculates when doing a scenario plan.

  4. With the June 2025 update to the interface, the Navigation menu no longer stays minimized if you move over it with the cursor. The previous iteration did this, and the current iteration of the Spaces and VBS Toolbar stay minimized when they are selected to be minimized.

    Everytime my mouse moves over that area, it expands and shifts everything on the floorplan view which causes inconvenience when it happens.

    Please bring back the ability to keep the Navigation menu minimized when that is selected to be so.

  5. Notification ability like the Global Health Declaration except customisable by office to allow us to alert resident or non-resident team members regarding different aspects of different offices, eg. Induction needed, reduced office hours, H&S info which can vary office to office

  6. We have instances where we co-work with clients 1 day a month and need to reserve an area of about 35 desks, rather than having to book individual desks, could there be an option to group book? Thanks

  7. Allow workplace reps the ability to assign a user to more than one team or location in the Workplace Portal.

    In the VBS we can select "remove from previous location" allowing us to assign a user to multiple locations.
    In the Workplace Portal and workplace rep cannot assign users to multiple locations. As soon as a user is assigned a team or location they are removed from previous locations. An administrator has to then go into the VBS to correct this.

  8. Hi Team,

    We've been using the kiosk for over 10 months now, and I have some suggestions that could elevate the user experience of the Engage Kiosk app:

    1. Customizable Floorplan Orientation: Allowing customizable floorplan orientation would provide flexibility regarding kiosk placement and make navigation more intuitive for users.

    2. Enhanced Operating System Compatibility: Currently, the kiosks can only be installed on Windows OS. Expanding compatibility to iOS or developing a web-based version could improve configuration options in line with local security protocols.

    Hi Laurence. Most of these features became available in 2025.


    1. You can set the floorplan orientation of the kiosk in the Spaces module, and the floorplan is rotated accordingly.
    2. Kiosk web at https://engage.spaceiq.com/kiosk_mode will allow any OS to take advantage of kiosk functionality.
    3. We introduced building restricted access in early Q3. We would like to extend this to Engage, but we need sufficient community support to develop that feature. If we have building-level access cascade to Engage, you will be able to restrict your buildings so only specific users or roles can access it.     4. Users can navigate to external links that require SSO, but this is usually done by checking the "Open with external browser" option for the concierge menu. Since you'd want the SV Engage app to remain maximized on the kiosk, this is not recommended.

  9. As a Space Planner,
    I would like to be able to collapse the right-side menu items in the Spaces, VBS, and Scenario Planner modules
    So that I can more easily see the full floorplan. This is especially difficult for screens with smaller resolution, or for when trying to conduct a presentation or demo.

  10. Team colors in VBS are currently determined by the Org Unit Id. We would like to be able to select custom colors for teams when there are multiple teams with similar colors on a floor.

  12. Currently there is an option to add photos into Spaces. This is helpful for the end user

    However, there isn't any reporting that tells us what spaces have photos added. Without reporting, there's no way to keep these photos updated as sites go under renovation.

    1. we have no idea what spaces have photos
    2. we have no idea how old those photos are, unless someone was kind enough to include that in their file name (which is rare)

    I'd love reporting to have these parameters:
    Building info (building number/name)
    Space info (space name/number/type)
    Photo info (name of file (hyperlink perhaps?), date…

    An enhancement has been released to Serraview to better support dynamic BSSID ranges in Wireless Access Points.

  14. Check in Reminder emails need to be tailored to each time zone. In Ireland currently we receive the email from 1am the same day. By the time the work day starts the email is already lost. Receiving the email at 10 or 11am wold be much more effective.

    Serraview Insights offers a number of reports, visual dashboards and floorplan visualisations which provide details on space utilisation from Engage booking data, SVLive, Sensors, Badge and other activity sources.

  16. Can you please bring back the red dot indicating a report is completed running when you are in the reporting module? I have to return to the home tab each time to determine if the report has run and available for viewing.
    In the previous version of Serraview the red dot appeared indicating the report was ready to view. This is frustrating when you are trying to run multiple reports and you have to return to the home tab each time to select the 'recently run reports' folder to see if the spinning wheel icon is present indicating the report…

  18. Currently our users do not receive an email confirmation when they book/reserve a "Space". Only when they reserve a "Desk" do they receive an email.

    Can the system be modified to allow the emails for the "Spaces" bookings/reservations also?

    Whether the system is modified to provide emails regardless of type of space, or if there is an additional configuration setting to allow/disallow for emails for spaces, is not critical in my opinion. Though it would probably allow for more flexibility to allow the secondary configuration setting for the "Spaces."

  20. Allow clients to turn off the function "This request is for someone else" for new service requests so people can't submit a request on behalf of someone else.

    The ability to customise the New Service Request form is now available.

    Section titles and questions on the New Service Request Form (including Serraview standard fields) can now be created or removed, marked as mandatory and re-ordered.

    Move related configuration can also be hidden from non-move related request types.

    This customisation can be different for each service request type, so each request type can have a unique service request template.
