Mass update 'Booking Access' field via Workpoint Import
Add ‘Booking Access’ (Everyone, Team, Building, etc) to the Workpoint Import so we can mass update this field as there are large scale updates needed. Today, this will need to be done manually on each space.

Engage Pop-up Notice
It would be excellent if there was a pop-up feature where you can display a mandatory message before users could reserve desks or do anything else i.e. It would display if you are exhibiting any signs of COVID, please do not book or, there are site awareness considerations before visiting or even site closure or app updates

"Wayfinder" button is confusing
We would like to keep the experience as simple as possible for users. Currently they have to learn about Serraview.. Engage.. Booking.. and now Wayfinder. We think this will confusing for new users, so to simplify we would like to remove the Wayfinder button and instead put it at the bottom of the Bookings page. It would be clearer if the button was labelled "Book a Desk" (or "Book a Desk/Room").
If the button can't be removed, making the button label customizable, so that we can rename the button to "Book a Desk" would be very helpful. See enclosed.
25 votesThe wayfinder tile can be replaced with a standard Concierge menu item by entering “engage://wayfinder” inside the url of a menu item.
By doing this, you can customize the title, message and background image of this function.
It is the new preferred approach. Thank you for the suggestion.

Reccurring Bookings in One Transaction
Similar to Outlook (See Attachment) we have been asked by an upcoming client to be able to make multiple bookings in a single transaction/screen.
Like the attached

Text / labels on floorplans
Maps should show conf room names, points of interest like restrooms and coffee, to give people “landmarks” and a sense of where they are

Display team space / desk allocation on floorplan
It would be useful to be able to limit the view for users to see their own team allocation so that they are easily aware of where the rest of their team is sitting and where they can find a seat. It would be particularly useful if there was an easy search function rather than having to search for desks per floor.

Engage - Find a person
Some clients I have spoken to have requested the Find a Person feature be able to be turned off, or the ability to opt into sharing a users location. This has come up in some Privacy and Governance discussions about requiring the ability for both individuals to be able to opt out of being found and organisation wide to focus on desk room bookings, but not include sharing of person locations as a whole, or without explicit consent from the individual.

Customise error messages
As an admin I'd like to be able to customise certain error messages used within Engage to help employees understand why they are getting an error. For example, the error message produced when you try to book a desk further into the future than settings allow just says "we were unable to reserve the desk for the following days..." but doesn't state why which would no doubt frustrate many end users.

Persons of Interest ShortCut on Conceirge Menu
A existing preview customer (name can be shared on req) raised that First Aiders and FireWardens are detains pertaining to Emergency situations. While it is GREAT these people search capability have been added to Enage. They are very buried in the app and require multiple clicks to find. They reported that the employee requirement to find a first aid and/or fire warden is usually performed under high stress circumstances. Given Serraview has a Concerige menu the suggestion has been made to launch a short cut to a fire/warden/ first aider view directly from the home screen. This would save time…

It’s important to them to have a laptop/desktop version of Engage
The use case would be that Todd is sitting at his desk and knows that Tonia is in the office for the day but needs to know where she’s sitting. Since Todd is working at his desk, he’s on his laptop and he would prefer NOT to pick up his phone to switch tasks – but just open Engage on his laptop and look for Tonia.

Show desk booking as an Outlook "add day event"
This might already be a suggestion, but it would be great to have your desk bookings show up in outlook as an "all day event" on the days you booked a seat via Engage. This way as you are planning your calendar in Outlook, you can see that you have already booked a desk.

After you have made a desk reservation, Engage sends out Engage Reservation email that includes an ICS file for the booking time.

Show Names of Bookings and Allocated occupants on Engage Floorplans
When you zoom in onto the floorplan, it should show you the name of the person already booked at the desk or who is assigned to the desk if they have a permanent allocation.
If I could pan across the floor map and look for their names, then I could choose my seat based on where they’re sitting.

System Admin Audit Trail of Bookings
As the VBS only shows limited bookings (today and 4 days in the future) and users can make bookings at any time, I want to be able to view an audit trail on bookings.
I'd like to see a report with
- when a booking was made
- who made the booking
- when a booking was cancelled
- who cancelled the bookingThis will also be important if we are able to book on behalf of others in the future.
