  1. We should only receive a notification (through phone app) and an email confirming cancellation once desk booking is cancelled. At the minute, I still receive several notifications to check-in and in my company case, doing health status even bookings are cancelled right up to mid-day of the day the desk is cancelled.

  2. The Deloitte hoteling system had a "Who's in the office feature" whenever you went to make a booking it would show you a list of employees who had also made bookings on the day that you're looking at.
    This way you had an idea of who might be going to the office without being invasive and asking when someone planned on going to the office. It is especially useful now during flexible working where no one is mandated to go into the office.

  4. It would be helpful to be able to show the remote workers on the World Map view (Admin View Only). During the Demo we thought that this was available and was a big selling point to our office management team. They requests that this be reviewed as an added feature.

  7. Viewer is not able to see Manager info for the employees. Please allow access to manager info in the Viewer role.
    This is specific for a current customer.

  8. The ability for admins to use attributes or values of employees (department, company, etc.) to auto provision seating. In addition, the ability to implement multiple controls for dynamic auto seat assign of end users in various "Neighborhoods" would be even more beneficial. An example would be, as a employee that works for a specific business unit, you will be auto assigned to a a permanent desk in your BU neighborhood, but because you are also part of a specific subsidiary you can hotel in that subsidiaries space as well, in addition to being able to hotel in unrestricted hotel desks.…

  9. The reports and portfolio view show totals across rows for each category / building, but it would be useful to have all selected / visible lines totalled as have to manually download into Excel and then sum up in there. It doesn't make sense not to show totals for each coulmn.

Given the fires that were (and some still are) raging in the PNW, and every companies' need to address DR (Disaster Recovery) and BC (Business Continuity) planning, there is a need for crisis/emergency messaging for many companies. Given SiQ's integration points, web, and mobile apps, it provides a unique opportunity for product dev. Being integrated with Active Directory, for example, could allow SiQ to build emergency messaging from the employer to staff, and for staff to mark themselves as safe/unsafe, request assistance, notify managers, etc. There are companies that building VERY robust solutions, that cost and include more than most…

  11. Some employees do not want to be able to be found whether they have they a hotel desk that is reserved or if they are assigned to a seat full time. Ideally employees would opt in or opt out of something like this.

  12. Health Screenings for seated Employees would be very helpful as well. This seems to only be available for employees booking desks. Should our company choose to have each employee do a health screening prior to coming in each day, this would would greatly help everyone facilitate this.

  13. It would be great for an employee/viewer to see the org chart. When they click on an employee to see who this person reports up through or who reports to them.

    As a space planner or facility manager it would be helpful to have this data to determine space allocation, authority level, how to potentially organize the space around a supervisor etc.

  14. Right now, due to COVID, we have an approval process for employees to enter the facility. Adding an approval process, where an admin or space captain can approve access (possibly before booking a desk) would be helpful.

  15. Would rather see the filterability by Building than HR Location in the Terminated report. We use the report to see who has been unseated from any given site and if we care to dig in, we download to find the details about where they were assigned (HR Location).

    HR Location doesn't seem useful if someone is trying to figure out who may have been terminated/unseated from an office and their HR Location is assigned to a different office. They will get missed.
