  1. We would like to request a modification to our employee profile system in order to better accommodate our hot desking practices. We would like to request that the fire warden and first aid responder icons be added to individual employee profiles, rather than being assigned to specific desks.

    We believe this change will greatly improve the efficiency and safety of our workplace.   3. Currently the default for a desk booking is 15 minutes unless you change it. Numerous users forget this and end up booking the incorrect period. Can the option be changeable or not set as a default requiring the employee to have to select the time with a warning if they dont?

  4. Allowing employees to update their status / add their own notes to their profile. Ex: In Office Mon - Wed 8am-5pm. WFH Thur / Fri 7:30am-4:30pm.

In addition to this suggestion, "As an admin, we need the ability to edit specific employee name, department, title, reporting to, etc. WITHOUT having to import full csv file every time," we also need to be able to add/delete employees regardless of whether they were added manually or imported.

    Having the option to add/delete/edit in the UI makes it more user-friendly, as it would just be a quick-click-feature like how it is for adding Employees (but by deleting and editing fields, of course).   9. When a Location Admin books for others, they should also get all emails (booking confirmation and check in/cancel); this functionality is currently not available.

  11. Add functionality to remove 'Remote' or 'No desk needed'. Some companies don't distinguish between the two, meaning two buttons have to be ticked instead of just one. Would want to see just 1 button (Remote).

  14. People's profile pictures should be available in the web application, not just mobile app. And should be able to be uploaded automatically like other information. Outlook/Teams displays our company pictures so it should be able to pull through easily?

    Some of your competitors products have this ability.

  16. Allow users with the role "Viewer" to be able to update their own "Notes" field. This would allow for users to have a custom status associated with themselves on the floor map. They could enter things like, "On lunch", "Working from home today", or anything really. But only for themselves, not other users. Would allow for more user engagement within SpaceIQ. Right now if someone wants to put a custom note associated with themselves, they need to ask and admin to do it for them.

  18. Currently under 'My Bookings' if the desk being booked under 'Space' is too long there is no way to see the desk you have booked. Hovering over this should reveal the whole text

  20. Currently, the only possible way to assign employees to the “Primary Seat” and "Secondary Seat" usage types (‘Space Type’- “Work Space”) is manual.
    It's essential to have this process automated, in a full way or partially (methods via CSV file, SFTP, API, automated).
