Integrating SpaceIQ with Bly Sky/BlueBox badging system
I would like to see SpaceIQ integrate with our office badging system to help eliminate having to carry a physical keycard. Where as soon as the person is outside our doors, they can check into the desk from the phone app and once they complete that process, the front door will unlock. Once they are fully checked in, they can use some kind of a repeating way to remotely badge in throughout the day.

We have a handful of phone number situations:
- Landline and cell
- Landline only
- Cell only
- No number (main switchboard)
It would be ideal to be able to pick (or allow viewers) to pick which number(s) should be displayed on their contact card. Especially with the 'text' option in the mobile app..i silly to have that option, but only have desk phone number showing.
It would be great if you could email from web app, as you can in mobile app.

Visitor management - restrict office
When we add visitors (contractors) via the employees they are able to view all other offices maps/info. It would be great if we could restrict them to just the office they are visiting.

Staff on site/ View check ins
A live view on the dashboard of the number of staff onsite (by location) to include allocated desks, hot desks & Hoteling.

edit name
As an admin I want the ability to be able to edit display names on behalf of the employees without editing Human Resource Records.
As a viewer I want the ability to edit my display name

user roles
As I understand it, currently the only way to update a users Space IQ role is manually. I would like to suggest that it be set up that this could be done automatically (through Active Directory). For example, if we would want our front-line employees to only have the View role in Space IQ but our managers to be Department Admins, if there was a way that Space IQ could accept this information through an Active Directory sync that would be helpful. If Active Directory is not an option, then perhaps another way to attack this would be to allow…

Company Directory from Web & App
Having the ability to utilize SiQ as a company directory would increase the benefits of your service. Currently you have to manually search by letter for an employee to pull up. There should be a way to search for all employees on the app and website. A true employee directory would be great for viewer access all the way to Admin.

Being able to schedule employees to return back to the buildings at specific times
Having a way as we return employees back to the building to be able to schedule them to return at specific times. This way they can get new badges or have IT help them with their equipment while having an easy way to find their new seat in the building.

Being able to manage employees info on spaceiq.
I would like to be able to change an employees department name manually. Our system uploads everyone's department but sometimes misspells or they change departments which causes problems because they can't find a seat after. It would be useful to be able to change it on the spaceiq system.
Right now the only ones I can manage and change are the ones I add manually. If this can change it would help alot!

customize user search bubble
There should be a way for the Viewer role to see the employee list as well. This provides more information about the employee that does not come up in the search.

Flex or Hybrid Employees
The ability to categorize an employee as "flex" or "hybrid" in relation to how frequently they will be coming into the office. This would allow admins to better account for and plan how they expect the space to be used.
If this could show on the portfolio, the number of full time and hybrid employees per location.
This would function similarly to the Remote toggle as it may be difficult for this information to be added to HR systems. It could be self selected or at least available for department level admins and up to enable for their employees.12 votes -
Allow employee name search by their preferred name
Often employees go by a different name compared to their legal (HR) name. Allowing the search by preferred name will go a long way in locating people. Not everyone knows someone's legal name or their e-mail address.

Add field for 'worker category' options to Employee Record
Provide customization to the available fields shown on the Employee record. We plan on identifying employees in four work categories: Virtual, Remote, No Office and OSP (outsourced) which are not related to the existing space Type options (remote or no desk needed) that SiQ includes in the employee record. We would also want to add a sortable column in the report showing this new work category.
