Set reservation time/day default to All Day
When making a reservation, could the default be set to All Day instead of Partial Day?

Allow all users to see who has reserved station
Can we make it so all Eptura users can hover over a workstation (in Reservations/Space Availability) and see who reserved it? Right now only admins can do that. It would be useful for everyone on our system to be able to see the names.

For Mobile Mail it would be good to add the received date to the IOS label print out.

Prevent more than one reservation at a time
Add a toggle on and off feature the reservation module that can prevent users from reserving more than one space at a time based on office location.

Seating Chart names flexibility
I would like it if you could change the layout of people's names. It would be nice if we could do first name last initial consistently, or choose to have the first and last name on separate lines so everything looks a lot cleaner

Client agreement splash page when opening a service request. This option exists in the copy request module already. (attached)
Support ticket #695467 - RE: Request for Support – Service Request Module Enhancement.
We are currently in the process of reimplementing the Service Request Module, and the client has requested that we configure a splash page to appear when a request is submitted. This page would display a message along with a checkbox for the end user to read and acknowledge the terms and conditions before proceeding.
We were informed this is an enhancement feature request. We currently use this feature in the copy module however it is not available in the service request module.

Custom Markers
I would like to be able to upload and add custom markers to the floor plan. It would also be helpful to create a legend with markers when printing. An example would be for a Life/Safety plan.

Allow Neighborhoods to be specific to buildings
I would like to have an option to limit the Neighborhood display to a specific building so that it doesn't show under all our buildings/locations.

Space Types Feature
It would be great if when hovering on the space types, the only space that shows in color would be the one we're standing on, with all the color of the other space types turned off, so it would be easier to locate the rooms we're looking for on a plan. I am suggesting this because if the plan is big, it's challenging to find the rooms using the current space types option, especially If it's a small room.

Bigger map, please.
When creating a ticket and you are in the "Request location", can we make the map bigger than 4"X4"? Like the giant user-friendly map in an actual service ticket.

Reservation rule quick look
I would love it if I could hover my mouse over a workstation (or select it) and see if there are any reservation rules associated with it. Right now I have to go into the rules menu. This would be really convenient.

Planning Reserved Highlight
I would love to see the Planning Reserved highlight show on the floor plans in Space when viewing Occupancy. This will alert end users/floor admins that the space is reserved. While we have demo'd this feature on numerous occasions, we have had duplicate space requests for the same space. This would save time if the highlight showed on the occupancy plan instead of toggling back and forth. Many users forget the feature exists. Thanks!

Over Capacity Highlight
I would like for end users to see the "over capacity" highlight in the Space Module. This would alert the floor admin that, if it's not a shared space, they need to alert us of the respective correct seat locations. As it is now, it is based on admin/operator permissions, which only a few of us have. Thank you!

Allow admins to change the sort order of the Building Filter dropdown in Space Availability. Or default to the assigned location of the logged in user, so users could more easily find their home office when booking a reservation

Add Location and Name to work orders. Not having this information causes more work for those being informed.
