Visitor Check In Emails to Host
Currently the emails sent to hosts when visitors are checked in have confusing verbiage that the visitor checked in "at Desktop" and does not pertain at all to where the host needs to greet their guest.
Would also like to see more content of this email able to be edited by the administrators to create a better experience for our customers and their guests.

Allow all users to see who has reserved station
Can we make it so all Eptura users can hover over a workstation (in Reservations/Space Availability) and see who reserved it? Right now only admins can do that. It would be useful for everyone on our system to be able to see the names.

Over Capacity Highlight
I would like for end users to see the "over capacity" highlight in the Space Module. This would alert the floor admin that, if it's not a shared space, they need to alert us of the respective correct seat locations. As it is now, it is based on admin/operator permissions, which only a few of us have. Thank you!

Add clarifying language to "warning" message
When working on a building hierarchy, client did not like how the building was showing up so went to delete it. What the client didn't realize is that deleting that hierarchy was actually deleting the building from the system. Suggestion for the Product Team to included in the "are you sure you want to delete" message that by proceeding, you are actually deleting the building from the system not just deleting the hierarchy.

Default Reservation Time custom setting
Default Reservation Time: we would like to have the ability to set the default Reservation time, based on buildings /Centers/Space Type. Example: I want to set the Workstation to Full day event by default for the USA location, California Center, Building1

One rule creation/update for multiple spaces in same area
It would be great to be able to create and update the reservation rules that are the same for multiple offices/workstations/meeting rooms in the same area at once. Rather than having to create separate rules for each office/workstation/meeting room if they are all the same anyway.

Reservation Rules by Allocation Category
Reservation Rules are difficult to manage when using include users. Thee are two items that would make this easier:
1. allow users to be added based on an allocation category and level. For example, I should be able to select Allocation Category = Manager Hierarchy and Level =L2 = 'Manager Name'. All users assigned to this Manger Name would always be associated. This would support new hires and transfers.- There is no way to export users included in a rule. Managing these rules becomes difficult if I want to compare large lists. There needs to be a way to export…

Request Center Updated with Location
When the request location gets updated, it updates the center that the request location is in. So for example, if I update a request from a Florida office to an Atlanta office, it will place the request in the center that the Atlanta office is assigned to. I should then be able to assign the request to an operator within that center.

Display the office number that has been booked in the mobile app.
It would be really helpful to display the actual office booked at the beginning of each item in the reservation list in the mobile app. The mobile app only displays "Office - Office" and the office address for each reservation.

New Text Option: Combination of Space Description, Type & Room Number
Add an option in the Text (T Button) – “Show” Drop-Down Menu. The option would display the Space Description, Space Type & Room Number fields as one text layer on floor plans in a clear and fully legible format.

Administrator has ability to override rules
Want to be able to create local site administrators that aren't restricted by the rules of the location. For example, a site only allows a desk to be booked 5 days in advance but the local administrator needs to book for a client visit the following month .

Deleting multiple markers at one time
Hi,
I was wondering if it was possible to add function to allow us to delete Markers from the floor plans on mass instead of deleting them one by one.
