Have Work Order Request Portal/Module information appear exactly as entered on the notification email and send faster to assigned subscriber
The Work Order Request Portal/Module information currently does not appear exactly as entered through request portal on in the request/workorder module when sent through the Notify feature to subscriber email, even with all categories included in notify template and no custom fields on request portal. It would be helpful to have a pdf copy of request/work order or a field by field duplicate of what is submitted so there are no information gaps and this information can be used to submit to vendors for quotes since there is no Quote module in Eptura.
The Notify module currently takes 10–20 minutes to send email notifications to assigned subscribers. This delay wastes valuable time, especially for critical work orders. Faster notifications would help employees who rely on email instead of regularly monitoring Eptura, allowing them to respond more quickly.
