Add support for IdP-Initiated Authentication on Platform SSO
Platform SSO currently supports only the existing configuration flow and does not support IdP-initiated login.
Use Case: Currently, the end users testing platform are required to provide their credentials on 2 separate occasions. The client requires IdP-initiated authentication based on their user experience requirements.
