  1. With inspections tied to many pieces of equipment, it becomes very frusterating when you cannot print an individual QR code for 1 piece of equipment. The only way to print an individual code for a single piece of equipment is to duplicate the inspection. This leads to an exponential amount of overhead if those inspections need to be updated.

Further more, there is no option to print directly to PDF. If the goal is to send off the codes to be printed by a third party, each QR code must be printed off, each taking up an entire sheet of…

  2. Currently, end users are able to create a New Work for selected incomplete Service Tasks unless the Service Tasks are from a Failed Inspection.

An enterprise client is requesting the ability to move incomplete Service Tasks on a Work Order from Failed Inspection at the end of the week/end of the month. They want to see the work that has been complete, so they can close those Work Orders. Ideally, they would like a separate Work Order to every individual Service Task

  3. The only way to set up a transfer between sites the user has to have access to that site.

With that bottle neck, an admin would have to give everyone access to all entities to be able to use that feature. Which isn't very practical.

Could we make this field searchable across all entities regards of security roles assigned to each site?

  4. Retain Sorting and Filtering When List Grouping Is Enabled

When Toggle List Grouping is enabled in a module, users can no longer sort the grouped records by other columns.

For example, when Work Orders are grouped by Work Type, the records within those groups cannot also be sorted ascending / descending by columns such as status, priority, assigned user, or date. Users must disable grouping before they can filter.

Grouping, sorting, and filtering serve different purposes and should be available at the same time. Requiring users to repeatedly enable and disable grouping makes it more difficult to review and manage…

  5. Enterprise clients may have hundreds of pages of Assets, Work Orders, Inventory, etc. Currently, clients can filter the columns, narrowing the scope. One Enterprise client had hundreds of pages of Inventory. Rather than selecting page after page, my primary contact requested the ability to select a specific page. Please add a "Go to page ____" option rather than having to select each individual page to advance. Thank you for the consideration.

  6. Use Case: Enterprise client has 45 locations. End users are saving their Asset "saved views" as "Public"; therefore, this is creating a large list of saved views for all end users to sort through. Please add options in settings to limit the end users' ability to submit public saved views in each of the modules.

  7. A customer recently reported a permissions breach in which a site administrator in their India division unintentionally modified a work order status flow that impacted their Canadian sites. The Canadian division relies on highly controlled configurations and cannot tolerate cross-site setting changes due to accuracy and operational risk.

The intent was to grant the India-based site admin full control within their own site only; however, enabling the Site Admin role—allowed changes to propagate across sites. Per our internal review, the root cause was enabling the Site Admin toggle. This incident has resulted in the Canadian sites shutting down work order…

  8. A large enterprise client is requesting the ability to print multiple work orders with attachments in mass. Currently, Eptura has the ability to print multiple work orders from the list view. We understand the BI Tool does not have access to the attachment file. Is it possible to add the ability to then print attachments in mass as a separate step?

  9. Having the ablility to perform Inspections easily by scanning a QR code and leading directly to the inspection form would instead of needing to login would reduce the amount of friction required to perform and complete the inspection.

The option to require credentials to access the inspection could just be a toggle within the template.

  10. We have many employees who only speak Spanish, so they don't complete Work Requests/Work Orders because they can't read the form categories, even when translating the browser to Spanish because the form categories don't translate to Spanish. This creates a huge gap in tracking work that needs to be completed on our machinery.

  11. Currently, the end users must go to the part details in order to know whether or not a part is available in another warehouse at a glance. The legacy version of ManagerPlus offered this visibility. Adding the warehouse icon to a column as a default in the Inventory list view would be a huge win for end users. Thank you for the consideration.

  12. The client requesting this feature uses the attachments to ensure processes are followed with exactness. Legacy versions of ManagerPlus allowed the ability to print an attachment when simultaneously printing a work order. This is not available on Lightning.

  13. In order to improve end-user experience in the Support Hub, add a scale to understand the end user's depth of knowledge/experience, so the support team member knows what type of communication is appropriate. When a client has depth of technical knowledge, they find remedial communication/instruction offensive/frustrating. For example, "what browser are you using", "clear cache and cookies", etc. would be basic steps technicians would have already considered when troubleshooting.

  14. When an Operator fails an Inspection, a WO is generated. Once the technician has completed the Work Order, there is no feedback/no notes available to the Operator to understand what was done to the Asset on the completed Work Order.

  15. When viewing Associated Parts within Asset Details, there may be a long list of parts. Enterprise client requested the ability to sort the parts by Part Types. There is currently no search bar in the Asset Parts.

  16. Currently, the system allows the same Invoice # to be added more than once. Warning required. Client reports a lengthy/time-consuming process to rectify when receiving a part and allowing a duplicate Invoice #.

  17. Enhance Admin Permissions to be more granular in Lightning.

In many cases, a set of admin permissions will come packaged. Meaning you can't have one without the other. For example when creating a maintenance plan, we would want the ability to add/edit but not disable.

    Deferred  ·  Robbie Brannen responded

Thank you for your suggestion—this idea has merit and aligns with our broader strategy. However, due to other priorities, we are unable to pursue it at this time. We’ll keep it on our radar and revisit it when the timing is right or if we see increased interest from our customer community.

  18. Some Enterprise clients want the ability to prevent the majority of their end users to reach out to Eptura's support team. Rather, they want the end users to go through their super users. They want only the super users submitting support tickets.

Great news - your idea has been approved for inclusion in our product roadmap! Please note that the final feature set may evolve as we incorporate additional customer feedback, conduct product and design research, and consider broader use cases beyond the original request. We appreciate your input and will keep you updated as development progresses.
