Enhancing Remote Registration with Visitor-Specific Workflows
Having distinct remote registration workflows for different visitor types would greatly improve the process. Currently, visitors must manually select their category, and if they choose the wrong one, they may fail to submit all the required documents. Automating this selection or refining the process would help ensure that each visitor provides the necessary information.

Allow different workflows based on Visitor Types
The internal Visitor Type should be made available for pre-registration and Kiosk registration flows to allow different routes. It should be like a multiple choice custom field to allow branches.
In case of a contractor, they should review a security video, which the normal visitor does not need to see.
