Sharing real time read-only view of the expected office visitors list to building concierge teams
Problem: In Eptura, currently there is no way for an office in a multi-tenant building to give the building's concierge team a real time read-only view of the visitor log.
Option 1- A Read-only role in Eptura
Currently there is no Read-only role in Eptura. (Role we might allow Landlord concierge teams to have). Every admin has a base 'default' permission by which they can do some level of edit.Option 2: a Secure link that is shared to the Landlord concierge team. This link again gives only a real time read-only view of the visitor logbook.

Young person Visitor management
Add a field in Condeco guest registration to capture young persons (similar to VIP button currently available)
Add ability to be able to pull a report of all young persons in the building between a determined date range, including who their host is"
Upon a young person being registered via Condeco, an immediate notification is sent to a location-based distribution list.
Upon registering a young person, a confirmation email is sent to the host containing the Young Persons risk assessment.Currently, there is no specific option that considers young person accompanying employee as part of visitor management.

Send email alert for updates to attendee tab
Send email alert to Freshfields hospitality inbox when attendees are added in Condeco, so reception can register them to the building security system.

Highlight when bookings do not have external names
When looking at expected visitors for the following day, if a booking is marked as an external meeting 'type' then it should highlight that there are no external visitor names listed.

Add a flag or something to denote that a visitor has notes attached to their profile. So that each visitor profile does not have to be manually checked on the day for notes- making the use of this function more speedy and beneficial to admins.

Visitor Import with departure date
Good morning all,
Thank you for giving the opportunity to request an improvement in Condeco.
We would really appreciate if you could add the selection of departing Time in the menu " Import Visitors", as for now it proposed only to chose the arrival time but not the departure ...
In fact we add lists of visitors by importing them in excel format and after that we have to open each visitor profile in Condeco to add the Departure TIME, and it can take us a lot of time.Thank you per advance for your kind cooperation,

Manually Enter a date in the "Find A Visitor"
For it to be possible to manually enter the date in the 'Meeting Start' or 'Meeting End' date on the 'Find a Visitor' rather than clicking along the calendar each time which is extremely time consuming

Prevent Condeco from creating visits for emails that end in a certain domain.
Condeco creates visits whenever a booking is made in Outlook via Add-In (Sync exchange) and a distribution list or a shared mailbox is put in the attendees. Please develop a rule hat enables us to signal to condeco that EVERY email address that ends with our company domain should NOT be recognised as a visitor. The workaround to create forms accounts for 1000 + DLs and other variants is not viable solution, especially when a distribtion list with 5000 ppl and all of them get the condeco wlecome email for the new account. Default Departure time and date to be after the Arrival Date immediately
By automatically defaulting the date to be atleast the same as the arrival date and the time to be AFTER the arrive time was picked, it would save a lot of hassle.

Email Notifications for visitors with no meetings
The option for 'On arrival notify me by email' is too generalised when no meeting is selected. would it be possible to set a message based on location for when visitors are marked as arrived?

visitors summary for physical attendees on site rather all attendee.
we have a mixture of physical attendee and vitual attendee to meeting room booking be it teams/zoom/webex etc. it would be good to be able to list up the physcial attendee that are coming in so the reception know who is actually coming to meeting rather than see a list of 40 ppl but actually only 5 ppl are coming.

mass visitors import
Currently mass import is only available in Admin and only one day at a time. Suggest to make mass import of visitors available to users as they are likely to use it more than the administrators.
The mass import should allow across multiple day instead of one day at a time.

Email Notifications
The option for 'On arrival notify me by email' doesn't work if there's no meeting selected. We don't use the Meeting Spaces module but we still want to notify the host when the visitor has arrived. Can this changed so the Host is notified whether or not there's a meeting selected?
