Enable Engage Mobile App Check-in of QR Code without Scanning a QR Code
Our organization recently deployed QR Codes for personal spaces in one of our satellite offices. During this rollout, we identified a technical limitation: the Engage mobile application does not allow users to check into a QR Code–enabled personal space without physically scanning the QR Code. In contrast, the Engage web application permits requestors to remotely check into their QR Code–enabled personal space.

3 votesIt is already possible to configure the application to allow scanning of QR codes whilst not enforcing QR code check in on the resource. The QR code is always scannable regardless of where the QR code is set to 'Active' in settings. However, we do recognise that the current wording on the Resources page is ambigiuos so we will be updating this as well as making sure our Knowledge Centre article is clear on this item.

When viewing floorplan, unable to see available desks
At the moment when we click on review floor plan we get a message saying there are currently no available Personal Spaces.
Before the recent update, this message only appeared if no desks where available. Since the update, this message appears all the time even though we know there are desks available.
When the floor plan is opened all available desk are showing grey & unavailable, before the update they would be showing green & available.
We were told by Condeco if we cancel our desks they will then appear in green, as administrator this is not what we want…
12 votesThe Today page and Home page 'Floor plan' buttons will now display the floor plan with spaces that are 'Available' shown in green. If a user already has the workspace types available booked then they will see a 'Swap' button instead of a 'Book' button which allows them to quickly change to a new space. We are looking to bring this enhancement to the 'Find your team' page in the near future.

Automatically sync bookings made in Exchange Resource Mailbox back into Condeco
We use Teams MTR devices and users have the ability to "quick book" a room using the panel outside of the room, which automatically blocks out the time in the Exchange Resource Mailbox. We would ideally have these meetings automatically sync'd into Condeco to update the room availability.

Admin to be able to edit attendee number for Smart calendar bookings
Admin should be able to edit the number of attendees for any type of booking. Now since the deployment of the smart calendar add-in, Outlook appointment cannot be edited anymore.

Opportunity to have an admin level between country admin and building admin
I have many buildings for different companies and so different admins. But I have no way to set "region" admin.
Country and building are not enough : I need an intermediate level for cities or companies or regions for example.

Equipment mailbox integration with "Add to your Outlook Calendar" unchecked
Can the equipment integration continue to be supported when "Add to your Outlook calendar" is unchecked in Condeco Web?
We have a team that manages room bookings within the business who exclusively use Condeco Web.
While the "Add to your Outlook calendar" makes sense for individuals managing their own bookings it is clearly not applicable for our booking team to have hundreds of is meetings in their personal calendars that they have booked on behalf of others.

Add technology (MTR) Plus the room simultaneously via the web
when booking via the web we should be able to also automatically include the technology. it works in outlook as well as the mobile app. it would make sense that when booking via the web it would invite the MTR especially since the MTR email address is added in the resource which is ON the web

Adjust number of slots to book a personal space to be daily as opposed to weekly
This number is currently set as a weekly amount, if we were allowed to set a daily amount, it would prevent users from booking multiple desks on the same day

We are implementing an update to the booking slot logic so that users can only book one workspace type (for example a desk) a day. We plan to launch this in April 2024.

Adding Teams into Meeting invite using web application
When booking meetings through Condeco’s website, we are not able to add a link to a teams meeting. This does not happen when using the Outlook add-on, but it would be extremely helpful to have the option of adding the link when booking rooms directly on the web app.

I know this is by design but we would like the email that's populated on the resource via the External calendar mailbox field to be triggered via condeco web, like it is via the smart calendar.

Book' button column from Meeting Space Home page search results should be fixed
Currently, the 'book' button column on meeting space home page search results is not fixed. Depending on user's monitor size, 'book' button may need to be scrolled to. For search results from the 'Book a meeting space' page, the 'Book' button column is fixed and doesn't need to be scrolled to, regardless of monitor size

Floor Plan Visible Even When All Desks Booked
When all desks are booked on a floor and you go to look at the floor plan, it gives you a message that all desks are booked and auto kicks you out. So you are unable to see where your desk is located that you have booked or see where another team member has booked.
This should be a simple fix where one is not auto kicked out of the floor plan view if all desks are booked.

Rebooking Email Notification
It would be helpful if the system generated email notification for alternate bookings included the title of the meeting that was rebooked and the timeslot to easily identify the modified booking.
1 voteThe title and date information is contained on the email when only one instance is altered but not when there are multiple instances altered. We will look to add two new columns to facilitate this.

Please add this functionality to Condeco web interface. Seems odd that we need to use Outlook for this to work.

Today's Status - have more than 'working remotely', 'working in the office' and 'not working'.
Today's Status - have more than 'working remotely', 'working in the office' and 'not working'. Our staff can come into the office without booking a desk if they are likely to be in meetings most of the day (we're encouraging them to use touchdown spaces/kitchen etc as they won't need a desk for a long time), however their status is showing as 'working remotely'. Would be great if we could have control over statuses here.

Rerouting to Parking layout
Rerouting to Parking layout after booking a personal space. E.g., if someone books a personal space, he should be getting a pop-up to book a parking space as well rather than going back to select the floor. This means after receiving the notification of Desk has been booked, it should ask for "Do you need to book a Parking" with the option YES or NO.
