  3. Today's Status - have more than 'working remotely', 'working in the office' and 'not working'. Our staff can come into the office without booking a desk if they are likely to be in meetings most of the day (we're encouraging them to use touchdown spaces/kitchen etc as they won't need a desk for a long time), however their status is showing as 'working remotely'. Would be great if we could have control over statuses here.

  6. At the moment it is only possible for the organizer/host to start/end meetings on the screen with transponder card.

    The other possibility would be to allow everybody to start meetings without authentication.
    It would make sense to implement the possibility of authentication by transponder card for every user synced to the system (Example: Personal assistant has booked the room)

    The development of this feature is currently underway and we expect to be able to release it during Q4 2020.

    The authentication of the card and the permissions of the holder will be pushed to the calendar service.

    Assuming the card holder has permission to Start/Stop the meeting, then the screen will allow it.

  7. To support and automate the office reorganization process we urgently need the technical possibility to delete a desk by integration.

  9. At the moment when we click on review floor plan we get a message saying there are currently no available Personal Spaces.

    Before the recent update, this message only appeared if no desks where available. Since the update, this message appears all the time even though we know there are desks available.

    When the floor plan is opened all available desk are showing grey & unavailable, before the update they would be showing green & available.

    We were told by Condeco if we cancel our desks they will then appear in green, as administrator this is not what we want…

    The Today page and Home page 'Floor plan' buttons will now display the floor plan with spaces that are 'Available' shown in green. If a user already has the workspace types available booked then they will see a 'Swap' button instead of a 'Book' button which allows them to quickly change to a new space. We are looking to bring this enhancement to the 'Find your team' page in the near future.

  10. Bulk-assign desks to other Groups:

    Analogous to Zone assignment, it would be a great improvement from user experience perspective if it would be possible to bulk-assign desks to other Groups. Currently, you need to adjust every single resource separetly in order to assign it to another Group which is a quite tedious process with multiple resources.

  11. When a visitor is "arrived" on the system, ALL internal attendees should get the notification email not just the host. Most of our hosts are partners and they would not be impressed to have to email all of their colleagues when a visitor arrives. When reception are busy it is very annoying and time consuming to have to email the other internal staff separately.

  13. Rerouting to Parking layout after booking a personal space. E.g., if someone books a personal space, he should be getting a pop-up to book a parking space as well rather than going back to select the floor. This means after receiving the notification of Desk has been booked, it should ask for "Do you need to book a Parking" with the option YES or NO.   14. We use Teams MTR devices and users have the ability to "quick book" a room using the panel outside of the room, which automatically blocks out the time in the Exchange Resource Mailbox. We would ideally have these meetings automatically sync'd into Condeco to update the room availability.

  17. There should be no requirement to provide room defaults when room booking is not in use. Omnicom is using desk booking only on some of the instances and users are being requested to add room defaults.

  18. Admin should be able to edit the number of attendees for any type of booking. Now since the deployment of the smart calendar add-in, Outlook appointment cannot be edited anymore.

  19. I have many buildings for different companies and so different admins. But I have no way to set "region" admin.
    Country and building are not enough : I need an intermediate level for cities or companies or regions for example.

  20. Our organization recently deployed QR Codes for personal spaces in one of our satellite offices. During this rollout, we identified a technical limitation: the Engage mobile application does not allow users to check into a QR Code–enabled personal space without physically scanning the QR Code. In contrast, the Engage web application permits requestors to remotely check into their QR Code–enabled personal space.

    To ensure feature parity and improve check-in flexibility, we respectfully request an enhancement to the mobile application that would allow users to check into a personal space using the in-app “Check In” button as an alternative to scanning…

    It is already possible to configure the application to allow scanning of QR codes whilst not enforcing QR code check in on the resource. The QR code is always scannable regardless of where the QR code is set to 'Active' in settings. However, we do recognise that the current wording on the Resources page is ambigiuos so we will be updating this as well as making sure our Knowledge Centre article is clear on this item.
