Ability to run a Single Event Detail (Banquet Event Order) report
We would like to have the ability to run a Banquet Event Order report (BEO).
BEO is an industry standard report used in hotels, conference centers, and banquets facilities.
The report should be specific to ONE event or booking ID and contains ALL details associated with that event.
It should include meeting name, date time location, contact info (host, requester, assigned responsible staff) and all resources or services requested, including item notes, separated by category, formatted to one document (can be multiple pages).
We should be able to choose which categories to include in the printout. This should be accessible from within the standard reporting tool, or directly from within the individual booking, not requiring the vendor dashboard.
We need a complete summary report of the single event that we can print and give to banquet staff who are assigned to handle that event.
Those staff DO NOT have computer access.
This feature is now generally available for all customers. For details on how to access this feature please see these Knowledge Centre release notes: https://knowledge.eptura.com/Engage/Whats_New/Eptura_Engage_Cloud/August_2026_Eptura_Engage_Cloud_Product_Release or reach out to your customer success manager.

BEO (banquet event order)
Admins/Team able to print out BEO with the catering details to include (delivery/clean up time, delivery location, event name, host/POC name, the order in details (listed of what comes in the room temp buffet) the price.
There should be an option to have this printed into a PDF or imported onto an Excel sheet. The capabilities to also export this into an excel for daily meetings and daily/weekly sales. Being able to forecast upcoming events for the day, week, monthly view.Any add on catering orders to notify the reception team of any changes/cancellations. IF it's less than 48 hours noticed, user are not able to edit /cancel. They have to reach out to the reception team to get approval.

Do we have an update on this since it became under consideration 6 years ago?
