Visibility of the booking history
For each booking it would be useful (and very helpful) to get visibility of the booking history.
Similar data to this is included in a booking trace via the SaaS team when requested, but this information could be easily formatted and presented via the application, so people understand what has happened to the booking during its lifecycle.
Details such as:
1. What was changed in a booking
2. Quantity (if applicable)
3. Changes to the service item times
4. When the booking was created
5. Who created the booking and when
6. Who modified the booking and what did they do

As Allianz this is a critical must-have feature. We need to have more visibility and more insights as admins. The booking history is more the basic. We need to see what really happend and what was changed. You just equiped us with bare minimum - We must see the details. This is not only helping us, but also you for the Support Team, as we have to reach out every now and then to get more insights. PLEASE PRIORTIZE THIS!
