  1. Our firm has the "copy to outlook" button checked automatically - when this box is checked, it eliminates the option to use the linked rooms feature - suggestion is to be able to use this functionality when checked

    additionally, when using the linked rooms function - please allow us to pick the primary room

  2. Currently, only Global Admins can create and amend Concierge tiles, which limits flexibility and slows down communication. Allowing Group Admins to manage these tiles via ‘Additional Administrative Access’ would enable roles such as Communication Officers and Property Managers to create Announcements and Events directly, without needing to raise requests with Global Admins. This change would streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

  3. The booking is being removed from the Condeco device; however, it still appears in the Condeco portal. Is there a way to ensure the booking is automatically deleted from the portal as well when it's cancelled?

  5. We propose an enhancement to the current catering system to improve operational efficiency by introducing automatic beverage count adjustments. Currently, when the number of participants in a meeting changes, the system does not automatically update the quantity of beverages required, leading to potential discrepancies and manual adjustments. By implementing a feature that dynamically adjusts beverage quantities based on participant numbers, we can streamline the catering process, reduce manual intervention, and ensure accurate provisioning. This enhancement will not only improve service efficiency but also enhance user satisfaction by aligning the catering provisions with actual meeting requirements.

  7. We’d like the ability to duplicate services from one booking to another. For instance, if we have a predefined list of equipment services that will be reused in a different booking, it would be helpful to copy and paste them rather than re-entering each item manually again

  10. Restrict Advance booking period to all access levels.
    Currently this is set at 'Group' and only applies to 'User' access level.
    We have 'group admins' who need to book further in advance than 'Users'. However, this is being abused and they are booking more than a year in advance. We would like 'Group Admins' to have an 'advance booking’ restriction against them also.
    Maybe a new access level could be introduced (something like PA_Admin) and then each access level (apart from user which is controlled by group) have their own 'advanced booking' restriction.

Just a quick note ....I booked room 38026 today, (2/25), for 12-1p, and received an email confirmation. but upon arriving at the room the schedule panel still showed 'Available' and those occupying wouldn't leave. So there may be some kind of lag and/or service interruption between the reservation system and the wall-mounted schedulers outside the rooms.

  13. Site announcement for specific day bookings.

    For example, if there are noisy building works you could make people aware of that at the time of booking so they can make a judgement call on whether to book in or not.

  14. Hi, In the Configuration menu Application setup > Resource type > All day personal spaces > Country > Location
    We want to have a button to be able to export in format (excel or csv) the list of all the resources that are displayed in the pages of the Resource Administration.

  16. We got multiple managed groups under one location. It’s only possible to filter using either location or workspace type in Request module. It would be easier for our teams to manage requests if it was also possible to filter based on Group. Since we are using multiple workspace types for one group, it becomes frustrating to always have to filter on each workspace type.

  17. Can an API endpoint be created for meeting room check ins? We have an automated process in place to check in users today when they arrive to the office. We want to offer the option for the user to allow check ins for their reserved meeting room books when checked into the office. Thank you.

  18. Can the equipment integration continue to be supported when "Add to your Outlook calendar" is unchecked in Condeco Web?

    We have a team that manages room bookings within the business who exclusively use Condeco Web.

    While the "Add to your Outlook calendar" makes sense for individuals managing their own bookings it is clearly not applicable for our booking team to have hundreds of is meetings in their personal calendars that they have booked on behalf of others.
    Therefore, by default, the team uncheck "Add to your Outlook calendar" (as Admins the default state of this is unchecked)
