Self-service option for visitors via tablet/kiosk
One of our sites is interested in providing a self-service option for visitors, via some form of computer/kiosk, so on arrival the visitor can enter their name, and host's name, have their photo taken and print a pass.
Is this possible?

Ability for every user to be able start/end meetings with RFID card
At the moment it is only possible for the organizer/host to start/end meetings on the screen with transponder card.
The other possibility would be to allow everybody to start meetings without authentication.
It would make sense to implement the possibility of authentication by transponder card for every user synced to the system (Example: Personal assistant has booked the room)10 votesThe development of this feature is currently underway and we expect to be able to release it during Q4 2020.
The authentication of the card and the permissions of the holder will be pushed to the calendar service.
Assuming the card holder has permission to Start/Stop the meeting, then the screen will allow it.

Sort resources alphabetically in resource editing
In app setup -> groups, the groups are listed in alphabetical order. When editing in app setup -> resources, this is not the case. Can the group list please be sorted there as well? Currently the order is their creation date.

Delete a series when meetings have been bumped X number of times
The auto-bump feature is great for individual no-shows. Can you extend that function that if the booking is part of a series and x sequential meetings are bumped, the entire series is removed.
Use case: User books recurring meeting for a couple of months. User is then terminated or leaves, but nobody else is associated with the bookings. This can now only be deleted by an admin on request. If the meeting is no longer valid and say 3 in a row are missed, cancel the remainder of the series.

Global Vendor
The idea would be to have a Global Vendor who can see in the dashboard all requests of all vendors of every category.

When deleting a user's profile, show a message saying whether that user currently has bookings
Currently, when deleting a user's profile, the pop-up message states that bookings can be transferred to a different profile, but it does not say whether there actually are any current bookings for that user. It would be helpful to know whether there are any bookings to be transferred.

Floor plan with all bookings
Like how from the booking grid you can see who has booked on a particular day could there also be a floor plan made available with all employees bookings visible so you can see who booked where & when without going in to book a desk?

Allow to override the number o Slots per Week for a user group by group
Today is only possible to override the user permissions for all groups at the same time (on the Preferred Attributes tab). Sometimes an Admin is requested to add extra slots for one user in an specific group and it is not possible

Users are able to book unlimited resources for the same day on non-default groups
Non-Default Groups like lockers, car spaces, etc. allow users to
book unlimited resources for the same day even when the settings (group settings) are set to limit the number of slots per week (e.g. 2 slots per week). There is no workaround and clients are not able to manage these spaces as expected.9 votes -
Desk closure scheduling
It would be good if desks could be scheduled to be closed or open on different days within the maximum 5 week booking period.
At the moment you can only close desks for 1 period of time.9 votes -
Default floor and group in SCIM API
Customers would like the ability to set default location values for users in the SCIM API. This would include not just the country and location, but also the floor and group. This would be on parity with the user important process for provisioning users in the application.

Make room name more visible on mobile app calendar view
On the new unified mobile app when trying to book a meeting space and selecting calendar view the room name only allows for about 8 chars to be visible. Where room names are e.g. COL Room 1, COL Room 2 it means you can't see what room number you are booking. Other than renaming our rooms can this be improved somehow?

Show desktop attributes (monitors) in the mobile app.
It would be very useful to show if the desk has 1 or 2 monitors or if the desk has no monitors.

Improved Floorplan Administration
It is quite clunky and manual to place desks on the floor plans once they are uploaded. Each Group needs to have the floorplan uploaded again, it does not take the one that has been uploaded for the floor originally. Can improvements be made to Floorplan admin side so this doesn't need to be done twice?
Admins would also like the ability to move multiple desks at once instead of plotting one desk at a time.

Closing a group of resources (desks) for a fixed day (or multiple) each week or month. E.g. a group of desks unavailable every Monday
To help with larger groups of desks required for leadership meetings. Can currently only close resources for a inclusive set of dates, not a fixed day every week/month

Count bookings as 1 slot per day instead of 2
Currently a site configured for Whole Day bookings sees 2 slots per day booked. Can this be changed to reflect 1 slot per day? Would make reporting much more accurate,
