  1. The ability to make multiple closures needs to be implemented so that public holidays etc can be closed in advance and maintenance etc can all be scheduled in without having to erase current closures.

  2. So that we can use a formula in excel that will allow us to view the data as day of the week. At present we have to manually change the date format in each cell.

  3. Like how from the booking grid you can see who has booked on a particular day could there also be a floor plan made available with all employees bookings visible so you can see who booked where & when without going in to book a desk?

  4. Today is only possible to override the user permissions for all groups at the same time (on the Preferred Attributes tab). Sometimes an Admin is requested to add extra slots for one user in an specific group and it is not possible

  5. Non-Default Groups like lockers, car spaces, etc. allow users to
    book unlimited resources for the same day even when the settings (group settings) are set to limit the number of slots per week (e.g. 2 slots per week). There is no workaround and clients are not able to manage these spaces as expected.

  6. Today, via the Power BI API we are able to see only the Fact Table. It's extremly important to be able to undestand the real usage of all created users and all creates resources via Power BI API.
    Beeing able to see those informations will help managers to:
    - Understand if the Change Management strategy was sucessfull by seeing the rate of created users vs. users really using Condeco's solution;
    - Undestand the real usage of all workspaces and undestand if it's important to reimagine the workplace.

  7. Customers would like the ability to set default location values for users in the SCIM API. This would include not just the country and location, but also the floor and group. This would be on parity with the user important process for provisioning users in the application.

  12. On the new unified mobile app when trying to book a meeting space and selecting calendar view the room name only allows for about 8 chars to be visible. Where room names are e.g. COL Room 1, COL Room 2 it means you can't see what room number you are booking. Other than renaming our rooms can this be improved somehow?

  14. For example, report all height adjustable desks, or all meeting rooms with video conferencing.
    Currently there is a need to maintain this information separately even though it is configured in the Condeco system.

  16. It is quite clunky and manual to place desks on the floor plans once they are uploaded. Each Group needs to have the floorplan uploaded again, it does not take the one that has been uploaded for the floor originally. Can improvements be made to Floorplan admin side so this doesn't need to be done twice?

    Admins would also like the ability to move multiple desks at once instead of plotting one desk at a time.

  17. Currently a site configured for Whole Day bookings sees 2 slots per day booked. Can this be changed to reflect 1 slot per day? Would make reporting much more accurate,

  18. Today, sync notifications send by the Enterprsise Sync service account are send only in english.
    It must be translatable in all supported Condeco languages.

  19. In the 'Attendees' tab, you can only mark an Attendee with 'Internal' or 'External'.

    Nowadays, it happens more and more often that some of the meeting attendees wont be attending in person but are attending via Skype/Teams/Zoom or any other virtual attendance.

    My requests is that Condeco adds the option 'Virtual attendee' in the Attendee tab, so you mark those people accordingly so they wont be registered for with Food Services and they wont be registered in the Visitors Management module.
